Very quiet operation

We had a 'water trap' issue - water pooled at the bottom and the dishwasher stopped. We wasted several hours trying to get someone from Best Buy (Geek Squad) to help - we just went around in circles! Very annoying!! Finally we used Bosch Customer Service to talk with a technician in California who told us what to do to resolve the issue. It happened one more time but it was quickly resolved by us. It is not an issue anymore.

We never expect to need another, depending how long we live, of course. It is a pleasure so use, efficient and quiet. The Best Buy Geek Squad installer was able, efficient, and polite. From Kitchen Aid to Bosch 800.

Sadly Kitchen aid is no longer making the same die-hard machines. This one is easier to install, it's well made and all its cycles work very well especially with the auto- sterilization mode. Having a display on the door tells you at a glimpse what's going on without opening the door. Great machine.
