This is the very best dishwasher that I’ve ever owned!

Very attractive dishwasher which is easy to use. The machine leaves a lot of residue on dishes, even with regular cleaning of filters and use of Jet Dry. Utensils on the top rack do not come clean, so its best to put them on the bottom.

We replaced a five year old KitchenAid dishwasher with this Bosch and couldn’t be happier. I was worried about the lack of a heating element to dry the dishes, but it had not been an issue. Would highly recommend!

We are a two person household using this dishwasher about once per week just like the Kenmore it replaced. After the first wash we began to notice an increasingly strong putrid smell when opening the door. We tried more frequent rinsing. We followed the cleaning instructions and the odor always returned. When you remove the filter from the bottom of the dishwasher there is a small cup like reservoir it fits into. This is where the water drains out of the dishwasher and pumps to the disposal. The drainage tube is connected to the side of this cup, not on the bottom like a kitchen or bathroom sink. After trying various wash and rinse cycles and then removing the filter there is ALWAYS standing water in the filter receptacle. As dirty dishes are added, food particles and liquid falls into the filter and drips into the standing stagnant water and begins to putrefy. Running rinse cycles in between washes actually made it worse because the dissolved food residue flows into this standing water. This is a widespread problem based on online research when trying to resolve this problem. Satisfied owners of older Bosch models indicate it is not a problem so I suspect this is a design change. The steps needed to resolve this, such as removing the filter and sponging out the water after each use are not reasonable. Bosch needs to recall this and install a redesigned filter and drain system

Dishes and silverware look new after cleaning on normal setting. Crystal cane out clear after washing and using “crystal dry” option. So quiet we sometimes don’t know it’s on! Highly recommend.

This is the second Bosch 800 we've purchased. We bought one at the old house and moved, leaving it behind. When the dishwasher at the new house died, we replaced it immediately with the same model.

Maybe I'll get used to this one. It is very quiet.

This is a great product made only better by the service at Best Buy. Everything came in on time and the folks helped me load the washer in my truck and everything went off without a hitch. I am very pleased!

We are very pleased with our new dishwasher. It performs wonderfully and we can't even hear it running (except for the sound of the water draining in the sink.) Surpassed our expectations!

Had this for 2 weeks now, using finish pods and rinse aid and it has been working great, dishes come out dry, with the exception of some water in the lip on plastic containers.

Remarkably quiet and efficient. Installation process was a breeze. Highly recommend both the dishwasher and the Best Buy delivery and installation crew.

Excellent cleaning. Impressive drying, even on plastics. Super quiet. You wouldn't be able to tell that it's running if it weren't for the timer.

So far - so good! It works and well at that. BUT plastic doesn't dry - a small item.
