Bosch does a terrific job making a dishwasher that is quiet, offers adjustable racks and dries dishes without leaving spots. Worth the cost!

Dishwasher is very nice. My wife hate, hate, hated the top drawer for silverware and ripped it out. Her opinion is it severely limits the size of dishes that can be placed on the second rack. She also feels the dishwasher accommodates less dishes in general than the bare bones Frigidaire we replaced it with. Other than that, it seems to be a really nice dishwasher. Our major disappointment was with the add-on Geek Squad service. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy on October 13th, We also purchased delivery, installation and haul-away for the old dishwasher. At that time I scheduled the delivery, installation, and haul-away for Monday, October 28th. On delivery day I waited all day, but no one arrived to deliver a dishwasher. Our delivery window came and went. No one called until at about 5:00 PM when I received a call from the local Geek Squad dispatcher. She told me that the delivery person was in the hospital and she needed to re-schedule my appointment. She rescheduled my appointment for Wednesday, November 6th. On second attempt, I waited all day, but no one arrived to deliver a dishwasher. No one called either. Thanks to caller ID I had the local Geek Squad dispatchers number, and when my window passed I began calling her. She assured me a tech was on his way and was picking up the dishwasher. I waited some more, and still no delivery. Called the dispatcher some more but by this point she no longer answered the phone, and did not return any of my voice messages. No one showed up for delivery on this day. The next day I called the local Best Buy store to talk to a manager. Upon placing the call I encountered a phone tree that effectively firewalled management off from their customers and so I chose Geek Squad. The phone rang and rang, until finally someone picked up the phone, and then hung up. Tried again, same result. Tried again, same result. On the fourth try, the person actually spoke to me, but when I started to explain my problem, they interrupted me with “just a second while I transfer you”. I was then transferred to a call center. The call center rep was very helpful and pleasant. She listened to my problem, but all she could do was reschedule my appointment. My rescheduled appointment was for Monday, November 25th and this time a tech delivered and installed my dishwasher. He called several times before he arrived, was courteous and professional, and did a quality job installing the unit. I was surprised he was assigned to complete this job all by himself, and it was disturbing to watch him struggle to remove and carry the old dishwasher from the house by himself, and in turn carry the new dishwasher into the house by himself. This was clearly a 2 person job. The tech did a very good job with our installation.

Cleans everything. Super quiet.If not for the red light that shines on the floor, you would not know it was running.

This dishwasher is really quiet and spacious. Like the top drawer feature for utensils. Would highly recommend.

Super quite, power to clean all the nooks, couldn't ask for more.

So happy with this machine. The third rack does make it different to load from an older machine without it, but we’re learning. If we were doing a lot of tall glasses we might remove the 3rd rack just for ease of loading. Haven’t used the built in water softener yet as finding salt for it locally has been a challenge and there is not even a sample included. But I expect that to work as great as everything else.

Absolutely does a fabulous job cleaning dishes. My wife said she purposely put a few items with stuck on food in the dishwasher and it still cleaned them spotless. After five years of repairing everything made by GE except oven and cook top. (Washer, Dryer, Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.) I will NEVER buy a GE product again.

Delivery went as expected. There was a missing pipe connection so I had to go to your store and I was well attended and received the missing part. We are very happy with the product. It works well and the level of noise is amazingly low.
