I had gotten the warranty, had it serviced and still wouldn’t work. Return and bought from Lowe’s as they finally had one in stock and it works beautifully!!! I have never been more happy to do the dishes! It’s really a top notch dishwasher...clean and dry! My advice is stay away for “open box”....

After 2 weeks the dishwasher stopped working mid cycle, no power at all. I was told to call Bosch for warranty repair. The repair person came today and pulled the washer out - the power flickered back on, then off again. He laughed and said the wires in the junction box were not connected securely. He rewired and now the washer is running smoothly. So far I love the washer - very quiet and very clean dishes plus with the 3rd rack you have lots of loading options. Just beware of Best Buy install services.

I don’t love the wheels on the bottom rack, they seem cheap and drag a little at times. Otherwise everything is great. Very clean wash, and the drying delivers as advertised

This dishwasher is amazing! The crystal dry function gets my dishes dryer than any dishwasher I've ever owned. The wash function gets all my dishes cleaner than any dishwasher I've ever owned. The dishwasher is easier to clean leftover debris from plates that weren't "scraped" well enough before being put in the dishwasher. Overall I am very happy. If anyone complains about a "smell" in their garbage disposal (that's where my dishwasher drains) it only lasts for the first few washes, and it's happened with every one of my dishwashers when new.

Fortunately there is a red light which shows up on the floor so I can tell when it's working. Not pre-scrubbing really saves on water, which means a lot to me, as well as how little water the machine actually uses.
