Went to Best Buy to purchase a 500 series Bosch. Not in stock so we made a deal on this 800 series. glad we did. Has more bells and whistles. Very quiet. So quiet that a red laser light shines on the floor during operation. And the crystal dry feature is astounding. Dishes come out completely dry. Only downside are the racks are not as sturdy as our old washer. But having three racks makes it so the dishwasher can hold more dishes and utensils, making this machine less frequent operations. Top five rated in Consumer Reports.

Very quiet, I use the auto crystal dry mode the most. Plastic doesn’t dry well as ceramic is perfectly dried. Bosch has been our trusted brand and has not failed us. Something to note, instructions does say to not wash food off but be aware that if you leave any spaghetti sauce on your dish it would stain the drainage on the bottom. I don’t want to bleach it fearing I would ruin the material.

Had this now for a couple months and just really love doing the dishes now. Plastics actually dry, glasses are crystal clear, and it is quiet, quiet, quiet. I find it funny they can't perfect the red indicator light (I mean my car can display the manufacturer logo) as an indicator that it's on, but whatever. The performance is great. Highly recommended.

I've had this dishwasher for only one week now but so far I am very impressed. It is extremely quiet, has flexibility in terms of racks, and is very elegant in appearance. My dishes seem to be cleaner and brighter than before. I am experimenting with the various cycles. The auto and normal cycles run very long so I'd like to try the Speed60 cycle for comparison as to cleaning results. It seems to have more efficient use of space than my old dishwasher. I'm very satisfied that I chose this model. Definitely five stars so far.

This was a mother's day gift that we finally agreed upon. The unit is UNBELIEVABLY quiet - if it wasn't for the red light sensor we wouldn't be sure if it was running or not. Has good features including a half load and Eco mode. I haven't had a dishwasher in almost 20 years so having the time display discreetly hidden under the counter took a few times to get used to. A few times we'll start it and then the water trap sensor will go off and we'll need to drain the trap (easy to do) but still awkward when you think it's been running for 20 minutes. But it cleans the dishes VERY well. Drop a pod in, set it and forget it. Very happy with this gift and it has made cooking and cleaning so much easier

If I could give it 4 1/2 stars, I would. Cleans great. Non-intuitive operations (pressing buttons) and can't do Crystal Dry in Eco mode/quick wash. Which is strange. I think it uses more drying liquid than the previous dishwasher, but that is not a killer. Convenient racks, but are dishes aren't a perfect fit, so it's Dishwasher Tetris. Pretty Quiet. Sometimes we hear small noises and forgot we turned it on. We like the red light that says it's on. Note to manufacturer: Do something like Yellow light for time delay, Red for on, Yellow for drying cycle, Green for done. We already clogged the filter, which is odd because we pre-rinse dishes. There was stuff in the filter. So now we clean the filter monthly. But I searched the error code and fixed it in 5 minutes. I also hope that everyone gets the 5star installation I got and salesman I had. During Covid, he scheduled a third party to install, which was a nightmare and they no-showed. He pulled some strings for Geek Squad to install. I was told why my old one may have failed, what I can do about it, and that my piping was wrong under the sink. I never noticed it, as it was done by the previous owners. So I fixed the issues right away. Awesome installation all around from Geek Squad.

This dishwasher does everything you’d expect a dishwasher to do... with excellence! It’s super quiet (has a light that shines on the floor so you know when it’s running!). To test it’s cleaning ability, I put a casserole dish in it, with baked on food (you know, the kind that you typically soak before washing it). It came out... SPARKLING and DRY! I usually just hand wash these bad boys because no dishwasher I’ve owned before could handle them. This Bosch handles it with ease. Regarding drying, I have kids so we wash a lot of plastic items. Those rarely come out dry. The CrystalDry feature gets them very dry!! I can literally wash anything in this and put them all away without needing a towel. Folks, this is the dishwasher of dishwashers. The only issue I have with it is the angle of the tines. All the times are angled so it makes it very awkward to fit items in. In dishwashers past, all tines point straight up and I’ve noticed those kind of dishwashers are easy to load. Maybe I just need more time to adjust.

We had an older model Bosch at our old house, and after moving into a house with a cheap LOUD base model, this was a welcome purchase and significant upgrade. Extremely quiet, and like other models, the only way you know the dishwasher is running is a red light shining down on the floor. Highly recommend when you want your dishes washed right the first time and not have to yell to hear someone in the same room.

This is a great dishwasher, super quiet and gets the dishes very clean (if loaded correctly). It appears we have less room in this one then our previous LG (which had a dBs rating of 43 or so). It too was quiet but not as low of a rating as this one, so maybe that has to do with it. However we suspect it’s because the trays in the Bosch aren’t as forgiving with larger than average dishes. We adapted and love this dishwasher. Our only concern is the racks and hope that they hold up to daily use much better than LG.

This is the answer to my dishwashing wishes. Very quiet, doesn't make any noise, takes about 2 1/2 hours for a normal load. I don't pre-rinse or pre-wash the dishes, just get rid of the left over food in the trash, and load in the dishwasher. I accumulate dishes, pots and pans and other things for about a week, I toss in a soap pod, and everything comes out spotless and absolutely squeaky clean. It is practically perfect. Best buy installation was quick, 30-45 minutes. Love this machine!

This was an open box deal from Best Buy. It was supposed to be minor cosmetic damage only. The good: -I love the size of the machine, the way the tines are laid out, the utensil 3rd rack. It cleans really well and dries much more effectively than my old dishwasher. -It was a Bosch 800 for not much more than a much cheaper machine would have been new/full price. The bad: -it was missing several pieces, including the proprietary power cord, which was impossible to find locally. I was able to find an OEM cord on ebay. It was also missing the toe plate. It was all wrapped up when I went to pick it up (bought online) so I didn't see these were missing at the time. -there was a water leak on the second run of the dishwasher. The only potential reason we could find was that the door insulation may have been lower than intended- we adjusted that and so far there has only been one questionable drip. If it continues, I'll have to find out how reliable the best buy warranty is... TL;DR Great deal, a little worried because I'm not sure why it leaked. Will definitely look at BB open box when sourcing appliances in the future.

Easy install. Easy to use. I set it to auto and crystal dry and dishes come out shiny and dry...well, everything but plastics. There's usually some moisture left on those but they're 99% dry. Quiet as a mouse. Without the red light at the bottom you wouldn't know it was on. I am a satisfied customer.

We had a stainless steel Kitchen Aid for about 6 years and the racks were broken (plastic wheels and hardware failing) as well as it getting louder. We also had to re-set the washer often and it was not worth repairing so we bought this new Bosh. Did research on this Bosh and so far, its been great. Quit, easy to use, dries well, etc.

So far we have been very pleased with this purchase. I love the top silverware rack. I have never had dishes get so clean with any dishwasher we have ever owned (which has been many). Our last dishwasher was a top of the line Kitchen Aid. This dishwasher makes that Kitchen Aid look bad. Dishes come out super clean and dry. Very quite (except for when water drains) which still is not too loud. Overall, highly recommend.

hands down the best appliance I own. There is nothing to dislike and it cleans better than my wife does for Christmas morning. Can't hear it. Can't out clean it. I plan to take it with me into the afterlife.

Installers arrived on time and were polite and professional. They removed old unit. Demonstrating the new unit and the new unit is so quiet I have to check to see if it’s running. My water glasses are cleaner than ever

Wow. I have never had a good dishwasher before. I didn't know dishes could actually get clean in the dishwasher. Well they are CLEAN hunny. And we are not scrub-first-people. And she is quiet as a nun. Ten outta ten recommend.

We had a GE for over 10 years and we needed a new one. We chose this one and it is amazing. My glasses and silverware have never been cleaner . Love the 3 racks because it makes room for dishes and pots at the bottom. We put all our large spoons and silverware on the top. Amazing machine yay! It’s a little expensive but if you use something like this everyday and for years it’s worth the investment!
