This thing cleans amazing, has a lot of room because of the tall tub. Is easy to use. Only con is the lower cutlery basket. It doenst separate, and because the 3rd rack does an incredible job cleaning silverware you're never going to need the full length basket. So I bought one on line that separates or you could buy a model that has the basket separate. I mean separate by it splitting in half. Great dishwasher.

Expensive, yes. But it is absolutely the best dishwasher I have ever owned. Amazingly quiet; absolutely spotless dishes; many cycle types to use for different washer loads; nicely designed, adjustable racks for compact, but effective spacing of dishes; actually very useful third rack at the top, and dual utensil racks the hold the utensils evenly spaced for great cleaning.

This replaced an older KitchenAid that died expectedly. Overall, we're very happy with it after 6+ months of heavy usage. Top rack works well for small utensils, baby items, and lids. Crystal Dry seems to dry plastics well, though occasionally some come out wet. The door and racks don't feel as substantial as I'd like for the $$ and the buttons sometimes take a few extra presses to start the cycle.

Pros: Cleans extremely well, drys very well, and so quiet you may not even realize it is working. Sturdily built. Cons: Price is very high. A countdown timer would be nice, but it does show the estimated time when one is programming the machine. Drying could still be a little bit better, but most plastics come out completely dry or slightly damp. It seems to use more rinse aid than my old dishwasher, and I am not sure that it needs to. In comparison to my old Whirlpool dishwasher with a heating element, this dishwasher dries better and cleans better. Overall very satisfied and a quality product.

Purchase process at Best Buy was excellent. Best Buy associate was knowledgeable and helpful. Dishwasher performance excellent. Installation average. Top controls easy to use. Press on/off, select wash cycle and additions as needed, then press start and close the door. Dishwasher is nearly silent. Red light on the ground is only sign dishwasher is operating. Located in open plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge area so we are sensitive to appliance motors cycling. This machine can't be heard unless you get close to it. So far we are impressed. Third party installation company, Quality Kitchens, was satisfactory at best. Best Buy said two installers would show to get it up two floors of townhouse. Not so. One installer showed up and struggled but managed to get new machine up and old machine down. Installer was efficient and got the job done but was problematic. Let water from old hoses he removed run all over floor. Asked him two questions during installation and he got resentful shaking his head dismissingly at me. Didn't bother to clean mess he made on appliance stainless steel or wipe water up off floor. Minimal instruction. Was in a hurry to get job done and leave with little customer service skill. Wouldn't use this installation company again. As I said, we love this machine and will buy again from Best Buy. Just not a similarly great installation experience.

First Bosch dishwasher. Replaced a 2010 era GE that had the racks rusting out. So after all my research I was between (Maytag) kitchen aid and the Bosch. I decided On the Bosch given the higher ratings on consumer reports list of models in total. So far it works flawlessly well. Quiet, cleans very well, holds a lot of dishes for a family of 4. Getting things loaded is a little work on getting used to. But it’s great you can put plastics anywhere due to no heating element like a typical dishwasher. The crystal dry feature works very well. The trick is to mix metals and ceramics around the plastics. Because those items retain heat and emit heat as they cool and help fry the plastics. Would recommend, no issues with hard water or anything. There’s a reason why these are sold out in your area! They are that good.

My wife and I love it! Our 15 year old Whirlpool died and after weeks (months?) of research, she decided on this model. It is SUPER quiet and washes and dries much better than our old machine. The price was excellent as well. Delivery time was also great (5 days). We have only been using it for about 3 weeks, but so far each wash has been amazing, from dishes to flatware to pots & pans. My wife is VERY impressed!

The dishwasher works great and is very quiet. It gets the dishes clean and most are dry except some plastic items. Prior unit had two drawers and this 3 drawer seems to have a larger capacity. The top shelf works great. The electric cable connector made it easy to install. The fill inlet connection did need to be more than hand tightened to not leak - check the connection before fully installing.

Great dishwasher ! Overall - Replaced an older samsung that just did not ever perform well. We realized we were hand washing the majority of our dishes due to this and wanted that to stop. Problem solved ! Unbelievably quiet compared to the mid-tier Samsung from 7-8 years ago that it replaced. This unit is so quiet when running that I have to glance at the floor for the telltale red light to know that it is on. Now we can run the dishwasher when going to bed and I don't have to worry about being woken up ! Bonus points for being able to turn the finish chime on and off - google it for instructions. Performance: Leaps and bounds better than any prior dishwasher I have owned. The multi-stage filter traps anything that finds it's way inside that should be. The filter is easy to pop out and clean as well. Removes stuck on cheese, dried on food and has yet to fail on us at doing a great job ! Loading: Quick adjustable racks, great placement and can be reconfigured on the fly when partially loaded easily. Fits way more than my old unit. The extra top rack is great from small items ( think measuring spoons, container lids - all the items that like to normally ESCAPE - also handy for keeping items that trap water the right way !) Crystal Dry feature - I'm not even sure what that is but I can tell you that everything comes out dry when a cycle is done unless the orientation of it traps water which I consider to be USER error. Overall - Pleased with purchase ! Would buy again !

We've had this dishwasher for a few months now. Overall, it's great! It's very quiet. Dishes are dry, with the exception of poorly placed dishes that allow water to pool. Crystal dry seems to work really well. There is definitely a distinct smell to the crystal dry function. The racks are adjustable, allowing for placement of large items, though it seems a little cramped for spaced for taller cups...the price paid for the additional sound dampening.

I love that it is so quiet and it does a great job cleaning. But, JUST before the 1 yr anniversary of purchase, it needed repairs that would have been over $500 without the manufacturer warranty. Also, even though I bought the 2 year extended warranty there are only 3 Bosch certified repair companies in St. Louis. And the one who is fixing my machine now says they don't accept the extended warranty. So.... I can't say I am feeling overly confident should more repairs be needed.

I like the 3rd row and adjustable second rack. The 3rd row can easily be removed but I haven't needed too. Everything has come out clean and pretty dry as long it's not something light on the bottom rack like a small plastic cup that gets flipped over and filled with water. I just try to keep things like that on the center rack. It gets very warm on the drying cycle and dries everything completely unless there is a place for water to pool, like on the bottom of some of my bowls. The drying cycle gets so warm, utensils are hot to the touch. I've been using the recommend detergent and rinse aid. I also pre rinse the very dirty dishes. Much more quiet than my more than 10 year old kenmore. The entire wash cycle takes 2 hours and 38 minutes. It adds time if I'm out a rinse aid. There is a 60 minute fast cycle but it doesn't include the same drying cycle.

Does a fantastic job cleaning and drying dishes, would definitely recommend. Love it and all the features including the hidden control panel and the red light feature, it's so quiet which is a definite bonus. Love the sleek look. 5 Stars

I love how quiet this dishwasher is and it clean great but... there is a terrible smell. It smells like bad fish and is nauseating. I'm going to try a few of the recommendations that I found online when I googled this issue. There is a lot about it online. I wish we had seen it before. Ruben was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We are happy about the water leak proof feature. That was a big selling point. Would have given 5 stars if the terrible smell was not present. Several of my guests have commented about the terrible smell when the door is opened. We prewash our dishes so I know it is not that.

We love our Bosch dishwasher! We had one in our other house and refuse to purchase anything else. It excellent for cleaning all your silverware, drinking glasses, stem wear, plates, bowls, large and small Pyrex. We love the three trays, the top tray we use for our silverware and small plastic lids, the second tray is adjustable and the bottom tray has lots of room for all of our plates and large items. Easy to load and unload.

This is only a one month review as the product was received mid September. I really like this machine. It cleans very well! It is super quiet! Thank goodness for the red dot on the floor to remind me it’s on. Love the crystal dry! Use the rinse aid. It assists with getting the dishes super dry. My only complaint is that you have to push the crystal dry each time you select a setting. Overall, I am satisfied.

Nice dishwasher, Had some run-of-the-mill basic one that this replaced. This is much quieter and does a much better job cleaning. Some cups and bowls come out wet after the dry cycle but it's because they are concave and hold a little water naturally. Love the red dot on the floor to tell you it's running. It's powerful, will routinely blast over plastic bowls and cups if you don't load them securely. Love the 3rd row

Very quiet, without the red light you wouldn't know that it is running. Cycle takes a while but everything comes out very clean and dry. Just a little taller than specs so be alert when choosing as the counter top may need to be adjusted or at least it was in our case. Super easy to use and many options to choose from.

Best dishwasher ever! Love the CrystalDry and the third rack. The first time we used it, we thought it wasn’t running, it was so quiet! We actually put our ears to the door to be sure, even though the red light was on. Dishes just shine!
