Love the Bosch dishwasher! Tyler and Ari were absolute rockstars. They showed up within the appointment window, removed the old dishwasher and installed the Bosch in less than an hour. Revied the dishwasher with us, showed us the controls and made sure we were comfortable with the installation, cleaned up and were gone. Perfect!

Great dishwasher! Horrible power cord. The previous one that had a "box" link, that is the official cord for Bosch dishwashers, was completely fried inside the box where it could not be seen. Could have burned the house down.

The dishwasher was very easy to install and it is so quiet that the only time that you know its working is with the light or when the water is running. No vibration

Quiet but slow on the wash cycle. Orientation for dishes on the inside needs to be confirmed so that you get correct for left or right of the sink. Otherwise, so far quality seems to be good.

I bought this dishwasher in October 2023, and while it cleaned and dried my dishes excellently at first, it stopped working less than a year later in September 2024. The real nightmare began when I had to rely on Bosch’s manufacturer warranty instead of the additional Best Buy warranty I purchased. Bosch’s customer service has been terrible. After calling and being bounced between five different customer numbers and three repair shops, I finally discovered that Indiana has just one service provider for Bosch appliances. The technician with this company has a four-week lead time just to schedule an appointment. For me, it was: -Two weeks to find a service provider. -Five weeks to get someone to inspect the dishwasher. -Four weeks for the only repair shop to get the required part. -Another four weeks to schedule the actual repair for the earliest possible date (now set for Christmas Eve, December 24th). This is Bosch's response to my unhappy email: "While we strive to keep spare parts in stock for our products, there are certain factors that can sometimes hinder our ability to do so. We understand that being without a functioning dishwasher for an extended period of time is frustrating. Advise for you to contact your service provider to determine the available appointment to continue the repair." In total, I’ll be without a working dishwasher for almost four months. That’s unacceptable! While the dishwasher may work well when it’s operational, what good is that if Bosch can't provide reasonable support for repairs? My advice: Bosch shouldn’t sell its products in areas where they clearly lack adequate support infrastructure. If you live in Indiana or anywhere else with limited service options, either take your chances that your machine won't have any issues or go with a different brand.

How can I rate a product that was bought on Dec. 20th, 2025 and has still not been delivered and installed? I am very disappointed with Best Buy and this entire process. I have called everyday the week of Jan. 5th, 2026. so, this is more of a rating on Best Buy and customer service. You cannot directly contact the store Your call is forwarded to their customer service hub. Product was supposed to be delivered/installed on Jan. 5th, 2026 and then postponed to Jan. 8th, 20216, and then postponed to Jan. 15th, 2026. Now I keep receiving rescheduling emails. Every time I put in Jan. 15th about 4-5 hrs. later I get another email. It's almost laughable how upset I am with this entire process and I am a Best Bu/ member whatever that means? About ready to cancel this whole thing.

I grew weary of the performance of typical dishwashers and wanted to try something else. So far it has ex exceeded my high expectations. Loading dishes is different, but we are figuring out how to maximize the space. And it is really quiet!

The only thing I don't like is that the front is not magnetic so I can't affix my CLEAN and DIRTY sign to it!

It's goes well with my appliances. I'm pleased how well it cleans the dishes.
