Great dishwasher. Very quiet. Would recommend to buy.

I bought this to replace a KitchenAid model KDTM404KPS0 that broke down (partly my fault). I bought this after researching for the most reliable dishwashers. And it may be reliable, but I feel frustrated every time I use this dishwasher. I can't fit nearly as many dishes because the tines are angled in such a way that is hard to load the dishes I typically use. The 3rd rack is not as useful as it could be. I don't like how they force you to load eating utensils differently than every other machine out there. The app is confusing and not user-friendly - and I don't like that I have to use the app to get some of the features you want. Quiet? Yes. You can't hear it running at all. Does it dry dishes? Not any better than other machines I've used. That is one feature they tout heavily, but I still find water on plastic dishes. Reliable? Probably. But I would hate this machine every day of the 7-year warranty! I really tried to give this a chance, but am going back to the KitchenAid I love. It has the most useable 3rd rack that greatly increases how many dishes fit in the dishwasher. I would rather get my Kitchen Aid and buy the extended 5-year warranty. The Kitchen Aid cost $500 less than this machine - including the extended warranty. I am so glad Best Buy has a 15-day return policy!

I have had this for one month now. The dishes always comes out clean and I like all the features it has plus how quiet it is (plus that I can control it from my phone). The only thing I have against it, is that handles for the racks feels a little bit flimsy and the handle for the utensil rack keeps coming off.

Works good so far much better than my old one. Love the third rack perfect for lids etc

Dishwasher is very quiet and does a good job on cleaning and drying the dishes. Still adjusting to the utility tray and how best to load the dishes in the racks.

This is our second Bosch Dishwasher. The first one lasted over 21 years and that is why we continue to purchase Bosch products. This new dishwasher is extremely quiet and completes the cycle leaving every item clean and spotless.

What a differene this dishwasher makes. Everyrhing comes out sparkling. My plates arecatvkeast 20 years old and were c looking old but this washer changed that. Also i put pots with dried up sauce to wash & they also came out great!

Holds a LOT of dishes / cups / mugs. 3rd rack is good to have. VERY QUIET. Drys really well, offers several options.

Dishwasher is very good. Dishes are clean without pre-rinsing and dry nicely. Plastic also washes and dries very nicely. Ir is so quiet that you do not know it is running. Very pleased with purchase.

Love the dishwasher -- Best Buy installers are the worst - they look for any excuse to leave and not install your appliance as scheduled!!

Great dishwasher; quiet and cleans very well. It fits almost double the amount of dishes my previous dishwasher could fit, so the design is great. Only issue is I would have liked a shorter wash cycle of say 30 min, but the shortest option on this one is 60min.

After a lot of issues our 3rd dishwasher worked out.

We love this dishwasher. It gets our dishes super clean and with the auto wash, there is no guessing what cycle to put it on. Only issue we found was learning the new way to load a Bosch.

Does a great job of cleaning silently, but even with the highest drying setting, plastic containers are still wet.
