This is our second Bosch dishwasher. Nothing really compares to a Bosch. My only disklike is that they moved the console from the front to the top, which means it is hidden under your counter and not readable while running. The only status you can see without opening the door is a small dot of light that lets you know it's still running, Yes, this model has an app that pairs with the dishwasher so you can see the status and you can receive a notification when it's done, but I'd rather just be able to see how many minutes are left by looking at the front of the dishwasher.

I bought this dishwasher in October 2023, and while it cleaned and dried my dishes excellently at first, it stopped working less than a year later in September 2024. The real nightmare began when I had to rely on Bosch’s manufacturer warranty instead of the additional Best Buy warranty I purchased. Bosch’s customer service has been terrible. After calling and being bounced between five different customer numbers and three repair shops, I finally discovered that Indiana has just one service provider for Bosch appliances. The technician with this company has a four-week lead time just to schedule an appointment. For me, it was: -Two weeks to find a service provider. -Five weeks to get someone to inspect the dishwasher. -Four weeks for the only repair shop to get the required part. -Another four weeks to schedule the actual repair for the earliest possible date (now set for Christmas Eve, December 24th). This is Bosch's response to my unhappy email: "While we strive to keep spare parts in stock for our products, there are certain factors that can sometimes hinder our ability to do so. We understand that being without a functioning dishwasher for an extended period of time is frustrating. Advise for you to contact your service provider to determine the available appointment to continue the repair." In total, I’ll be without a working dishwasher for almost four months. That’s unacceptable! While the dishwasher may work well when it’s operational, what good is that if Bosch can't provide reasonable support for repairs? My advice: Bosch shouldn’t sell its products in areas where they clearly lack adequate support infrastructure. If you live in Indiana or anywhere else with limited service options, either take your chances that your machine won't have any issues or go with a different brand.

Had to go through a few deliveries before I received a dishwasher in brand new condition without a dent or scratch, but Best Buy was quick to make it right. Everyone involved from the store to the delivery company were top notch and timely. The dishwasher is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. It is beautiful and very efficient. I love all of its cycles, bells and whistles. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. You can’t go wrong with a Bosch dishwasher!

Dishes come out very clean. It is very quiet while running. Ive been through a bunch of cheap models though the last 15 years. Finally had enough and spent the money on one of the best models according to numerous reviews. Totallt worth it so far. Time will tell.

Coming from a Bosch that was over 10 years old. I always rely on Consumer Reports and the top 10 or so dishwashers are all Bosch. This is a fantastic and super quiet dishwasher. It washes and dries very well! Very happy with our purchase! Also, paid for install and removal of old dishwasher. The installers were very nice and knowledgable. They completed the install quickly!

This is my second Bosch 800 Series dishwasher and it is a great dishwasher with one major flaw. It is quiet, cleans well and is well designed. I'm very disappointed in the silverware tray however as it is about half the size of my last Bosch 800 and is way too small for the quality of the dishwasher overall. For a family of 5 we'll need a larger tray and I'll have to find one online to replace the tray this diswasher came with.

I was very surprised at how quiet this dishwasher was. The dishes came out very clean and dry when using the crystal drying function.

Quality dishwasher and fast cycles. Like the drying system which is different than a conventional system, so it allows also plastics to put on the bottom tray. The dishwasher is also quiet during operation.

Employees were very responsive and helpful. Got a great dishwasher at almost half the price. Very pleased with the transaction!

Certainly it was one of the better appliances that I purchased. Not as quiet as I was hoping for, but the cleaning ability is second to none. The app also really helps with configurations, time remaining, etc. I will also say that it is quite finicky sometimes with the spray arms being blocked or the detergent door being blocked - I guess that is the price of a good, efficient dishwasher.

Nice and quiet, great space. Installer scared me regarding the reset button! Now I am scared to use it. He stated if power gets interrupted during a cycle or if you stop it during a cycle you can hit the reset button but that you have to make sure to stop it right away if water isn’t getting to it? Or the motor will burn up. So I don’t run my machine unless I am going to be home the whole time!

Quiet but slow on the wash cycle. Orientation for dishes on the inside needs to be confirmed so that you get correct for left or right of the sink. Otherwise, so far quality seems to be good.

I had looked at other big box stores to replace our broken dishwasher and found nothing that could give me a final price. Best Buy offered me a high-end model with installation and removal of the broken model at one price. Delivery and installation was one week later as promised. The machine is so quiet that I was unsure when it was running. Dishes are nice and clean. I would recommend this model to anyone looking for a great dishwasher. Heck you can run it remotely from your phone!

We intitially purchased a 300 series, but it arrived with a bad motherboard, which in not going to lie, left me with a bad taste in my mouth. That being said, I am so glad we not only went with Bosch, but also went with the 800. This thing cleans beautifully and silently. We have no regrets on this choice. I will say unless you hit the drying feature they do come out wet, also do not get this unit unless you're on with it having a long cycle, like 2.5 hours long. Overall the quality is there and i would recommend it.
