Elegant design ,smooth functioning, so far no issues at all

I hesitated on Bosch b/c our prior dishwasher was a Bosch and it was so old and bad I figured they all would be. NOT SO! It's seriously soo good! I tested a lot of stuff to see if it lived up to it's name; I put spoons with crusty peanut butter on them in without rinsing, cups with dried on smoothies or chocolate milk, dirty, crusty cereal bowls in without rinsing. They all came out sparkling! The installer said the rinse aid is a MUST in order to not get spots on your glasses. It ACTUALLY dries PLASTICS! Kids bowls, tupperwares etc; I'm super impressed with the cleaning and drying power of this super quiet machine.

I’ve had my dishwasher for a few days and so far I like it. There is a level of understanding the controls and how to load it. Fortunately, there are many videos on YouTube that help. The third tray on top is very useful. The technicians that came to my home were very professional.

Loving it so far. Super quiet. Crystal Dry is amazing. Not too many bells and whistles. Worth the cost. At first I had issues connecting to the app, and after some trial and error, I found out it was because the dishwasher WiFi is 2.4 GHz only. I use an eero mesh internet system that automatically toggles between 2.4 and 5 GHz, and when a device is 2.4 GHz only it can sometimes have issues connecting. This is not a fault of Bosch's but moreso the eero design in my opinion. I was happy when I could finally get it to connect. I wish the dishwasher showed the remaining time on the display while it is running, but I will now use the app for that.

Bosch 800 series works well and is very quiet. The run time is a longer than the old GE dishwasher. Installation was easy. The effort was just preparing the cabinet opening - refinishing surrounding wood and applying polyurethane for moisture protection. These newer dishwashers door opening swing lower than the older units - hence you tend to reach down more. Overall, happy with the purchase - replacing 46 year old GL washer.

This dishwasher replaced a Samsung that honestly just wasn’t getting the job done. There was nothing wrong with the Samsung. It just left my dishes spots on them and never quite clean. That has all been resolved. The Bosch 800 series dishwasher is a life changer. It does an absolutely amazing job of cleaning.

Very quiet, only wish could do Crystal Dry for the 1 hour cycle.

Extremely quiet as advertised. Still adjusting to the layout and settings as it’s pretty different from the KitchenAid brand I’ve used for 20+ years. In the first few weeks I’ve noticed plastic cups don’t dry all the way and some glassware and flatware don’t come clean. I’m trying to figure out if it's my error loading or using the wrong setting.

We love our Bosch dishwasher , it’s very quiet , love the extra top drawer. We can program it thru our phone .

While the price seems high for a dishwasher, this product excels at most everything. It is quiet, exceptional cleaning and does indeed even dry plastics. I* won't comment much on the racks as changing dishwashers always include getting used to different racks. Install was competent and professional.

The open box method always proves to be the best option when it comes to cost. This one wasn’t exactly “excellent” but the store made up for it in customer service.

It's nice looking and has many great features, but you have to be very tech-savvy to be able to use it. I have had this dishwasher for @ 6 mos and still don't know how to use it and program it. I tried to access a manual- not a QR code, and ended up with a 58 page booklet telling me how great the dishwasher was and all the wonderful things it does. Still, no idea how to access any of it. I have spent HOURS if not days in frustrating digital websites with no real advice as to how to access these features. Please- just a simple manual. I do not want to run my dishwasher from my phone. I want to push three buttons and was-lah, my dishes are clean! I bought Bosch because the dishwasher repair agent said it was the best. I would rather have paid the same amount of money to have my old dishwasher repaired! Nowhere can I find a simple explanation on how to make the "jet dry" feature light up. Nowhere can I find a guide or indicator to tell me if I need to refill the jet dry every day or if it is full. (I did see a video that showed that when you fill the jet dry compartment, the jet dry will spill and you should wipe up the excess with a paper towel. Seems rather wasteful to me. I wish I could say I am happy with this purchase, and I think I would be if I could activate the features or understand how it works without the use of my phone. Instead I am doing my dishes by hand just to avoid having to deal with the frustration of trying to run it! Literally, it has taken me less time to do my dishes by hand for months than it has trying to figure out how to use the dishwasher. If I could return it, I DEFINITELY WOULD. What's the use of a dishwasher that you can't operate without a phone and which raises your blood pressure every time you have to run it?!!!!? If I sound crazy, that's because this dishwasher has driven me crazy!

Love the dishwasher. Our dishes have never been so clean, it's almost silent (you can barely hear it while standing next to it), and the three levels of racks are great. The only downside is the touch controls are finicky (sometimes they don't respond), and the app integration is only so/so.

The dishwasher is great. I want to focus on the great service we had at Best Buy. We purchased it online, and went to Pueblo to pick it up. They were all ready for us, helped us load it up. The whole thing took about 10 minutes or less. Very happy with product and Best Buy.

The dishwasher is very quiet. It is energy and water efficient. The only thing that is not excellent is loading room - wish the load area was larger to accommodate X-size plates and pots/pans.

Very pleased with Bosch dishwasher. Love the silverware slits on the top shelf. Also like the tilt capability of the middle shelf. Quick dry setting works very well.

we wanted a quiet dish washer. This is the quietest machine we ever had. hard to tell its running. Cleans very good. would buy again.

the dishwasher showed a water leak the first time we used it. a bosch service repairman came out and said it was missing rubber sealant from manufacturing process. nobit will take another week to order replacenent. So our high end dishwasher has been unusable tge first month we have owned it. So much forca high end dishwasher. Apperntly very weak quality control process at Bosch.
