I was enjoying this dishwasher when it is working but now it is barely functional and randomly stops running. I was told by Best Buy representative that came to my home to inspect my non-functional dishwasher that Best Buy should replace it however when I called Best Buy to follow up on my replacement options they are giving me the run around and I am left with a $1400 paperweight instead of a dishwasher. I would recommend avoiding this dishwasher and only buying from a retailer with decent customer service.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great dishwasher I installed it myself and it did take me a little while to set it up right... once that was done it's a bit confusing not your typical push button and let it run style... read directions and after 2 cycles my family and i got it down... little red dot displays on floor when it's in use and flashing red dot when interrupted no dot means it's done or hasn't started.... i found the app to be helpful.. and btw this is very quite.

Ordered a dish washer. It wasn’t delivered no explanation. Had to wait a week for the delivery, only for them to not show up again. It takes at least 15 minutes to get through on the phone. It’s been weeks and they just keep saying your dish washer is showing out for delivery.

I can only hear it run if i am standing right next to it or it is dicharging waste water. The three shelves with the middle one being adjustable is a very nice feature especially for oversized plats or platters. I can fill it with a lot of dishes. No matter how full it is the dishes come out the cleanest and shiniest i have ever seen. The crystal dry setting will get even plastic completely dry. Something I have never seen on any other dishwasher I've owned. The only drawback, and it is minor is that the rack layout takes getting used to. If you buy it you will not be disappointed.
