I'll cut to the chase, you see all these refrigerators like LG, Samsung, GE, etc. All of the have gimmicks to make you think they are the best out there. How I came to make the decision to purchase this refrigerator was listening to TWO service techs who did maintaince checkups on other appliances I have. Both if them HANDS DOWN, said the refrigerator they have had virtually zero problems was Bosch, said that the only thing they have done is a complimentary checkup. If you really want to know the WORST refrigerator produced, yet Consumer Reports rates the best but only a 1 year running time is LG, and Samsung. On average after a year running both if the's technicians say they replace on average per week 4-5 compressors which go bad. Said these two manufactures have the worst compressor designs and it almost always the same problem when they break down. Do you own research as I have done, and make your own decision as I have seen postings on here where owners say these refrigerators are bad. I think these are posted just because they are slandering Bosch because of the high quality of these units. Typically they ate a little more pricey but I would rather pay for something that does not have problems in the long run.

Nice looking but hardly makes any ice and it’s hard to get into the ice maker. Also the water dispenser is odd, you have to push the button 2 or 3 times to get it to “wake up”. Also, sometimes food left in the back of the fridge gets frozen. Had to have it worked on by Bosch 6 months after we got it for temperature issues. Good customer support though.

This is one of the best refrigerators we've ever owned. Simple to operate and the stainless steel surface wipes off easily with a dry cloth, so fingerprints disappear instantly.

I’m happy about this refrigerator made by Bosch. It’s quiet, gives an alarming sound when the door is not tightly closed. Keep food fresh.

Nice looking fridge - we took a chance on Bosch appliances. The ice/water buttons can be a little finicky but you get used to it.

My wife really likes this refrigerator. The water dispenser is slow at times. The ice dispenser is messy for glasses.

High quality materials make for a premium feel. I was a little nervous as not many people buy/review bosch appliances. We trusted the brand and have been rewarded. Solid fridge.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of room inside the fridge and freezer.

Since the day this refrigerator was delivered there was an issue with the ice dispenser. The ice would get stock inside the box and sometimes not even make any ice at all. I had a technician come out to fix it twice and then he had to order replacement parts. I was told By Bosch that there is no estimated delivery date for the pats During COVID-19, therefore no one could tell me when or even if that part will be delivered and my refrigerator would be repaired. I do not recommend this product! It’s not worth the price!

I love the new refrigerator! It fits well in area shere old refrigerator was located. It looks good in kitchen!

Looks great and spacious inside. Easy to adjust shelving.

Looks nice, works as intended, very quiet. Hopefully it lasts longer than our previous fridges.

excellent refrigerator, delivery on time, great service

Wish we had seen the other reviews on this before we bought one of these. Total garbage! We owned our Kenmore fridge for 18+ years and passed it onto our son. It will probably work forever! This one however is crap! From the moment we had it installed it has leaked at the water dispenser. Repairs have been done FIVE times and it still leaks. The cherry on top is that we woke up on Sunday the 24th to water in our kitchen. The fridge valve burst causing water damage to our home. Now we're dealing with a homeowners claim and a claim to Bosch for the damages! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! We have a Bosch dishwasher that is a dream! We thought the refrigerator would be great as well, so we are very disappointed in the product and with the customer service. At this point we want a dealer credit so we can get a different brand from Best Buy, but Bosch is sending a replacement for this piece of crap. If it leaks one drop I'm going to be calling! Again, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS REFRIGERATOR!

This refrigerator has too many deficiencies to list but the most troublesome are its inability to cool below 40F, broken ice maker and four broken door shelves within 12 months.

The water and ice buttons are soooooo annoying. You have the push the water button 3-5 times before a drop comes out. Save yourself. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE WITH BOSCH FRIDGE.
