Ordered due to last oven becoming non-operational, and this one was one of just a couple that fit in the existing space. Could not be happier with the selection.

These Bosch appliances are a big upgrade from the GE (white) from the late 90’s. Conviction oven cooks food much more evenly than my conventional oven.

Heres has a small thing. Buttons on Panel are very touch sensitive, so when cleaning or accidentally hitting the button whilst your using a device above , in my case a microwave , could either tun off what youre cooking or turn on the oven.

Doing a kitchen remodeling project and decided to go with all Bosch appliances. Love the look, and Best Buy had the appliances in stock. Price was great. Service was excellent and delivery was flawless.

It was everything I expected in an oven & more. Well worth the extra money for a upscale brand

Love the look and clean lines of the oven. Transitions well into my kitchen after replacing my Thermidor.

Only wish both ovens were convection, only one is just so you are aware. Works great though and was a super easy install. Looks awesome in place of the one we removed.

I'm disappointed in my oven. The first problem was that it was over five months from the time I ordered it until it was installed. Secondly, I hate the fact that warm air blows strongly into the room while the oven is on. I'm sure this will be a bigger problem during the summer months. The third dislike is the fact that you can see through the oven doors and I store cooking equipment in the oven when I am not using it. I expected better from a Bosch product!

Had to return. Cooling fan extremely noisy. Apparently just the way that model is.

My ovens arrived after fits and starts (2 months!) with BestBuy-they blamed Bosch for the delay and of course Bosch said they were full of it. My ovens worked for 3 days after install- another 3 weeks without an oven and it came down to a wire that wasn't properly attached from the factory. This was only discovered after 3 more visits from my friendly repair guy and an electrician! Now the oven randomly acts like someone has touched the panel (15-20 times per day). That's not the irritating part, it doesn't actually turn on, but if you have the oven on when it does this random act it will shut your oven off! I called Bosch, they said call the repair guy (we are now on a first name basis). He came out, and of course had to call Bosch, who promptly told him that it's a "known" issue and told him to call back every Friday to see if there is a fix ready. Not what I'd call good customer service! Why not notify all the customers who have these units #1 that a problem exists and #2 when there is a fix! I have a Bosch dishwasher, cooktop and microwave...they are great, but I'm waiting for the other shoe to fall!

We bought our Bosch oven in May 2020 during the pandemic. within 3 weeks we had stains develop between the double glass of the top oven. disappointed with horrible service from Bosch. We contacted Bosch and at first they immediately agreed to take care of this issue. We contacted the company Bosh authorizes for repairs they had received no authorization from Bosch. We called Bosch and and they had no record of our call and at first refused to address the issue, eventually they only agreed for a service person to come out. The service person confirmed that there were stains between the glass, He indicated glass needed to be removed to address. We waited to hear back. In September called, no approval from Bosch.

Love my oven, but the bottom doesn't heat up to cook just blows cold air. No help from customer service and aggervated that only top is working. Am I missing something
