Two things though: the installers noticed a “tip over protection” set of brackets that they installed to connect the back wall of the stove to the wall. Unintended consequence: the vibrations from the oven fan vibrate the wall and our kitchen produces a low frequency hum whenever we cook. Second thing: On pre heating, one element inside the oven, likely one of the panels, expands with a loud thump. Startling when I first heard it but I expect it now. Otherwise a great stove and the installers were also great. JSD Portland, OR.

We debated going with other brands or cheaper models. Initially, we bought the 800 Series mostly for its looks, but it has performed perfectly for the last few months, even with heavy use during Thanksgiving. Some reviews complained about a loud oven fan, but the sound is at a perfectly acceptable level to me. One annoyance, the stove comes with perfectly functional plastic feet. Since the feet are a prime feature, and considering the cost, they could have provided stainless feet to match the rest of the stove. You can order and pay extra for metal feet.

The top still works. I called customer support, and after being on hold for 50 minutes, I was told to find a repair tech and good luck. After paying this much over the average cost of the oven, you would expect a little more life. When it did work, it was good.

Boils water super fast. Best Buy is the best place to buy appliances they have the nicest delivery people and they are great to work with if you have any issues at all. Old fashioned customer service still exists :)

Stove has been replaced and works great. Microwave has not as of yet and still waiting for a callback for a solution. I have no issue with the stove and have yet to use the microwave as it has not yet been replaced. Hoping the company will do the right thing. I will update if and when they do.
