I love this Bosch convection wall oven. Since covid 19, I've waiting for this item for 6months and finally I got it. It makes my kitchen look fantastic and the features are great. The convection feature is amazing! It preheat so fast and automatically air flows out so the food smell is not staying in there after food heating.

We are about to have the 3rd Bosch oven/microwave wall unit installed. This microwave has failed and was not repairable both times it failed and the repair company has finally deemed it unrepairable after 3 months and 8 service calls. And we ordered the new 3rd replacement oven/microwave combo unit on Saturday and we have to wait for another 2 months for it to be installed. So when the new unit is installed we will have been without a microwave for ~ 5-6 months and this is with an extended warranty from BestBuy. My advise, don't buy Bosch and don't buy from BestBuy.

Not happy at all. Purchased this unit in February 2022 ,April of 2022 control board went out on microwave. NO success from Best Buy to have this corrected. November 2022 still not repaired. Best Buy won't refund us will only order a replacement which is impossible to order. Very, Very disappointed.

Ordered in November for December delivery, then told January now told February. Canceled the order

I buy the set one year ago, I see many similar appliances I read thousands of reviews but I always like Bosch that’s why I chose this piece and after one year using this I don’t have any problems look and cook and bake perfectly. This set have a one minus price (4,400$) but I buy in Best Buy on Presidents’ Day and they give me the good price I buy this set for 3400$. :)

We bought this in June 2020 and pretty quickly had to have the control board replaced in the microwave in the first year. In the second year, I used the self clean option which completely rendered the oven useless. We attempted to have the control board replaced in the oven twice, which didn’t fix it. Bosch advised to replace the entire unit. We purchased a 4 year protection plan on it but the retailer will only cover the original cost of the unit ($3500) and we are supposed to pay the difference. So we are supposed to invest $1000 more into a defective appliance? An appliance that’s had problems since day one. Why even have a feature like self clean if it destroys the unit?! I’ve had low end appliances last longer than 2 years. We bought Bosch for the perceived quality and high end value. We bought $13k worth of Bosch appliances and we are extremely regretful for doing so. Save yourself the headache and stay away from Bosch. Now we are out an oven that is back ordered 12 months.

We installed an 800 Series combination oven in 2018. In 2020 the door spring broke on the microwave/convection oven and we had to replace the entire door (you cannot replace just the spring). Now it is 2022 and the door spring just broke AGAIN! At this rate, in 10 years we will spend as much on replacement doors as on the original unit!
