Cleaning is effortless, and the cooktop remains unscratched despite regular use of cast iron pans, known for their potential to scratch surfaces. The only potential downside is the noise during boost mode, but it’s tolerable. I adore the oven! It cooks evenly, operates quietly, and the door stays cool, preventing the house from heating up. The probe ensures meat reaches the right temperature for effortless cooking. The warming drawer is excellent for keeping dishes warm without heating the entire oven. Overall, this induction range offers efficient cooking with essential functions. I highly recommend it, especially for those maximizing functionality in limited kitchen space. The convection option speeds up cooking time, and while preheating takes a bit, it’s comparable to other ovens.
