Called Bosch - they wanted 1400 to fix it - horrible customer service - the part cost around 200 but wanted to charge 1400 - dont buy it

A service tech has had to come out 2 times both times to replace boards. We paid $2500 for this range.Obviously quality control is lacking.3rd strike and now we want a refund or new stove.I am not sure if this is a lemon or an issue with these ranges. Would not recommend!
