    Flawed Design Quality & No Technical Support

    Product design allows cleaning liquid to get stuck between double glass pane. The door hinge quality has broken after a few years of normal, gentle use. This is the first time I have had a quality issue with an appliance. Contacted Bosch and they do not want to log product issues to help with product quality or offer any technical support on door hinge, which should be a simple fix (website indicates otherwise). Called twice to make sure the initial customer representative followed company protocol. I was told that Bosch has never offered simple technical advice, and they are not trained in being product experts, i.e. just answer phone calls & refer all issues to their repair partners, charging above-market rates. The liquid getting stuck between the doors seems to be a known issue since the representative had advised using their repair partner stating that she has received many calls about people breaking the glass trying to disassemble the door on their own.
