I use a bluetooth all day, 5 days a week. I have had three different Jawbone models(do not recommend), two Motorollas, a Jabra and a Playtronics. PROS; This is by far the "best sounding" one I have owned as well as the most comfortable. I forget i'm wearing it all the time. Pairing is as easy as it gets. The volume can actually be too loud at times, which to me is better than not loud enough. The noise cancelling works great with clear sound on both ends. Callers do not know I am using a bluetooth. CONS: Price tag pretty steep. No battery life indicator on the Iphone (which should be standard for a unit of this quality and price). Battery life not as long as other bluetooths. When ending a call using the button on the unit, it is easy to initiate the voice command feature by accident. In Summary; If you have not been able to find a bluetooth that does what it is supposed to, Bose has created one that works great all around.

sound quality not what i would have expected from maker. Cant get very far from the phone before it warps the sound. Not happy with product. Returned it.

It's has a great price tag of 150 bucks , but that's about it ! It will not stay snug in your ear, I tried the small medium and large ear fittings none of them worked it fit snug for the first week but then fell out multiple times, one time feel in my glass of water. Remarkable it still worked but was never seemed quite right after that. It falls out of your ear and you won't really realize it because you're use to it and then spend the next 4 hours retracing your steps trying to find it the whole time praying . Dear God please help me find this little **£* of **** so I can return this blanky blank blanky blank before I lose it for good. We'll I won't say what ended up happening

Whenever I put my phone in my pocket (left or right side), my Bluetooth cuts out and won't work. I spent $150 on the Bose because it was supposed to be the best and I wouldn't have to worry about such things--I was wrong.

So I splurged and purchased this a couple of years ago. At the same time I purchased the Motorola H19 txt on sale for $35. Well...within a couple of WEEKS I put the Bose BT away and used the Motorola exclusively...and still do to this day. The Bose just sits there and collects dust. The horrible battery life of this BT is a true disservice to what could have been a great unit. I regret wasting my $$$ on this BOSE BT.

I have already had to replace one due to not staying connected. Also it picks up too much background noise - like gravel under my feet when walking - very distracting to other party.

This device didn't fit well for me and I had a hard time getting it to connect but was successful in doing so.

I've been through all of the major Bluetooth headsets over the past few years and I've finally found one I'm completely happy with and it's the Bose series 2 headset. I've had the Plantronics Voyager Pro, Motorola Sliver Elite, Blueant Q2, and the Jawbone Era. While all of them worked, at least on a limited basis, with my iPhone 4S and Siri, there was always something that kept it from being a perfect match. I drive a tractor trailer so my environment is noisy with plenty of vibration. Either my previous bluetooths would not be loud enough or would shake out of my ear. (I wear glasses so I didn't want to use the hook.) Some of them would disconnect by themselves for no reason and some wouldn't play well with Siri. Some would just fall apart with use. I saved the Bose as my last resort because its also the most expensive. But now that I have it, I'm extremely happy. It does everything I could want a Bluetooth headset to do. It fits securely in my ear all day and is comfortable at the same time. It works with Siri every time. It's loud enough for me to hear easily in the cab of my tractor. And its the first headset I'll actually listen to music with because of the sound quality. Yes, it's monaural, but its a quality sound. I saved the most expensive one for last and in this case, you get what you pay for. It's the best.

This headset sounds great, but will not stay in your ear. Mine stopped working because I think the pressure I was putting on it to keep it on my ear ruined it. I have always liked Bose products, but this is a bad design.
