Love the Bose quality and the calls were great. Wish the headset had a loop for over the ear.

I purchased the Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2 RH after doing research on various internet sites. I had owned 2 other bluetooth devices and found them both lacking. I know the Bose reputation and I did not find myself disappointed. When talking with people on the phone using the Bose bluetooth device, I have been told that they thought I was at home since it was so quiet. It is so easy to pair and easy to use. It is so comfortable that you tend to forget you have it on.

Been through several bluetooth headsets this year. This one is my favorite. Comfortable in the ear and the sound quality is really really good. The auto noise cancelling is pretty neat and it even increases the volume itself if your environment gets loud.

Best Bluetooth on the market. Tried the motorolas. Jawbone era doesn't even come close to voice and audio quality. My wife use to always get mad at me when I have the windows down in the car driving 75 mph. Well with this thing she cant even tell I have the windows down. That right there sold me. Sorry Jawbone you couldnt even do that assasin what.

Really clear and crisp. Spend the day at the beach and it will sound like you are on a land line. Great quality and fit. A joy to use.

As far as a bluetooth goes, it does what it is suppose to do. The sound quality is fine, earpiece is comfortable and stays put without needing to be attached to the ear. Unfortunately, I've noticed over the last few weeks that battery life has been bad. I timed it today and I only had 2 hours of talk time before it went dead. I've only had the earpiece for 6 months. At this rate, I'll need to buy a new one in a few months. I'm very disappointed. Who wants to spend $150 a year on a bluetooth!

I owned several "nice" Bluetooth headsets ($100+) about 3-5 years ago when it was so popular. I eventually converted to a simple corded headset because I was tired of sound quality issues, battery life issues, and generally having to interrupt business calls to adjust or fix my headset. Nobody likes being "that" guy. I really wanted to like Bluetooth headsets, but concluded that whatever convenience they afforded was not worth the inconsistency in sound and connection quality. I'd rather deal with the minor "inconvenience" of a cord hanging down my chest than intermittent issues where people can't hear me, or where the headset gets confused and decides not to pair. Fast forward three years...the technology must have advanced by now, right? And Bose seems to have an offering that gets great reviews, and with a high price tag to boot. This has got to be good, right? As much as I wanted this to be true, it simply isn't. This Bose headset does seem better than most others I've tried, but within a week of using it, I wound up frustrated once again. It's beautifully designed, like most things Bose, and seems to work well when it works. But in my experience, it doesn't consistently work often enough to be worth using. It works maybe 80% of the time. But If I have to battle my headset to properly pair and stay paired even once a day, or ask my colleagues, 'Can you hear me? How does it sound now?', I'd much rather just use a corded headset. Otherwise, I end up spending 15 minutes a day trying to convince myself how convenient and great this new Bluetooth headset I purchased is. Which means it's neither great nor convenient. Or, I could be a moron who doesn't know how to operate Bluetooth headsets. That's certainly a possibility, too.

I love the sound quality of this Bluetooth I just wish the battery lasted longer, then again maybe I use it a lil too much LOL

I love the headset. This is my second one. I lost my first one and was hesitant about purchasing it again because of the price tag but after comparing other headsets, I decided to continue with the purchase. Nothing really bad to say about it other than I don't like the battery life. 10+ hours of talk time would be ideal but considering the tech within, I can understand.

Bose got it right. Great sound quality for calls and by far the best sound quality for streaming I have used. I have owned multiple brands and have never been this impressed by a bluetooth piece.

I work in IT so bluetooth headsets are great for listening while doing. I have had alot of headsets but none were as good as this one. I can use it while driveing with windows down and in the servere room with the AC blasting and still hear the person on the other end...

I a little hard of hearing and this device is perfect!! I've tried motorola, Jawbone, plantronics and others and nothing compares. I had to call Bose support to figure out how to pair it to my work and person phones but once done (it was easy) the device works flawlessly. I love it and I dont know what I would do without it now.

Incredible sound. Callers hear nothing but my voice when they call. No one can tell I'm on blue tooth. Great to listen to music with!

I've had a number of different bluetooth head seats, and this one sounds better than any of them. I work in a very noisy environment, and I can understand what is being said to me, and the person on the other end can hear me very clearly. This head set is a cut above the best of the best. It's worth the extra cash.

The Bose Bluetooth instantly paired with my iPhone 4. It offers features of redial, voice control among other features. The voice quality is great. Definitely recommend this product to someone who is looking to buy a Bluetooth. The price is a bit steep compared to others, but worth every penny.

This is the best bluetooth I have ever used. I bought the Jawbone Era, too, but this one is much more comfortable. Of course it is expensive, but I think that it is worth it.

Best BT hands down I have tried them all. Been the same version for sometime now Bose needs a newer version. Could make the battery life better. Only complaint is the battery needs to be upgraded.
