Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the sound quality, comfort, and fit of the Bluetooth® Headset Series 2 (Left Ear). Many also appreciate its lightweight design and Bluetooth connectivity, although some wish for improved battery life and range. A few users noted that the price point is higher than some competitors, but the overall quality justifies the cost for many.

It is expensive, but doubtless the best quality ear piece I've ever used!

    Second Bluetooth Owned

I had a Motorola Sliver II that I purchased at $129, I sat on it, and it broke. I bought the Bose style ($149) and it just disappointed me. On incoming calls it give you a slight beep, if you're not paying attention you'll miss your call. The other style I had would tell you who is calling. The Bose does not have a perfect fit, I find myself pushing it into my ear constantly. It sounds good, people that I speak with have no problems hearing me. Other than what I have stated too pricey for what it does, not worth the money.

    Good Sound; Bad Battery

People could hear me clearer on this device than any I have ever tried. However, the battery only lasts for about 2 hours, rendering the device useless.

Product is the same bluetooth for more money

To start, do not let the Bose name fool you. This headset is the exact same bluetooth equipment that you have come to known. While it does hook up to two different phones, it provides relatively the same sound and experience as some of the other devices you can find out there (for less money). I have tried this on both of my cellular devices and have not had any better experience then when I was using the Jawbone Era Headset. I have tested this device and found that the setup is more difficult then the the Jawbone Era, but provides no more difference. Until they can fix the noise cancellation (outside of your conversation), or the volume adjustment during a conversation, then it is not worth the money.

Not all it was advertised to be

I had a jawbone noise cancelling headset. The Boseheadset is better in adjusting volume on incoming call but the jawbone is FAR superior in adjusting for background noise to make calls clearer for the party on the other end. I love the quality for me but I have had very negative feedback from callers about their experience when I am in noisy places like airports. I had nothing but good feedback on the jawbone.

This blueth tooth accord to Best Buy salers, is made just for Right Ear, thats so sad, when some people like me, needs Left Ear, because my Right Ear doesn't have good earing. The sound quality is so poor Vs the price I did pay, unfortunetly the return date is expire.

    Paying for Name BOSE

When I say functions you have to look at your phone to know who is calling so it's not completely hands free and the cost is way out of line. I have three Bluetooth headsets, a Motorola, Plantronics and the Bose, Motorola Whisper is the best of all as far a functions but the comfort isn't as good. But if you answer all your calls then Bose is the one for you. I want to get the Jawbone ERA 2014 earpiece looks like comfort.

    Not reliable

I am on my second replacement. The first became unable to understand commands to the point it was impossible to use; this with two different Droid X's. The second replacement worked perfectly until at the beginnig of a communication the transmitter component stopped working completely. I could hear but not be heard Bose has been very nice and extended the waranty on the present unit but the experience leaves me very dissapointed. This was a replacement for about a 90 dollar LG which performed with the same clarity and total reliability for over three years. I thought I would "Upgrade", Well, that didn't happen.

    Horrible for caller and user

Upgraded from a Jawbone and was really excited to get Bose quality - I thought. The sound of the caller in my ear was very muddy - less clear than on my two year old Jawbone. The caller heard every little background sound - greatly amplified. Keyboarding came across as loud banging. Didn't even bother taking it outside or in the car. Have returned this product. Very disappointed.
