Very pleased....good sound, good volume control, compact

These were very easy to hook up and I like the sound a lot; both highs and lows are very noticeable. Originally, I put them on the tv in the living room but, my daughter actually didn't like the sound -reminds me of being in a movie theater- so, I put them on the tv in my room and the other speakers in the living room.

Purchased my BOSE-Companion 2 Series III Multimedia Speaker System for use with my hp LapTop. This works very efficiently for enhanced listening experience of all audio features used on my LapTop "Communications - Gaming - & Especially Music". These Bose Speakers produce very crisp lifelike detailed clarity along with a very balanced base sound and stereo separation. All of this at a very reasonable price.

These are great if you are looking for small speakers with the greatest sound quality to fit on/around your computer table. I would have bought other cheap versions but it is worth spending $$ for something that will stay good for at least a few years.

I wanted a pair really good quality Computer Speakers but I also needed speaker that could extend my AirPlay (Apple) system into my Home Office. These speakers are not the only solution that allow that but they had the best design and price of what I found in the market. Combined with an Apple Express WiFi device I now have excellent speakers for my Home Office computer system but I have now have the ability extend my Home AirPlay system into that area as well... Nice Solution!

I bought these speakers for my bedroom desk space, and it has exceeded all expectations! The crispy clear sound from Bose is amazing! I was skeptical about the power and quality because of the size and price, but I was soo wrong. Love them, no disappointments!

I am very happy with these. However, I don't think they were worth $150, and I don't think they fully replace the sound I had with my previous system plus subwoofer. That said, these are much more compact, stylish, and produce great sound.

These speakers provide a sound quality I would describe as pretty good, but for the $100 price tag I am very happy with the quality. The next noticeable step in in quality from competitors seems to be at a much higher price, so this set occupies a good niche for their value. They are easy to set up and look nice on a desk. There is a strange reverb post-processing effect taking place that I'm not a huge fan of, but in most music isn't too noticeable.

I purchased these to get some nice desktop speakers as my new monitor did not have any speakers. These provide good sound quality, although the EQ is a little bit bass-heavy for my liking. The cable connecting the two speakers is just long enough for me, but may be a little short for other folks' setups.

This was my first pair of Bose multi-media speakers used specifically for my computer, having upgraded from a pair of Logitech ones. The set-up was easy and the sound is just amazing, deep, rich, and clear with great bass. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for premium computer speakers on a budget.

These are very good sounding desktop speakers, especially considering their compact size. They are an excellent addition to my Intel NUC computer.

I ordered these (out of stock at all stores in my area for pickup) for my home computer looking to get a good, not overly expensive, set of speakers. After I ordered these I had went to another local big box retailer and they had the Klipsch 3 piece computer speaker set on sale for $10 less than these. So I bought the Klipsch set and figured I would test both out and take back the one I didn't like. Well the Klipsch set is awesome for a computer speaker setup so I decided to keep it at home as it would have been a bit much for my office. I plugged in the Bose when I got them and was surprised at the sound they have for such a small speaker. While not nearly as much bass as the separate subwoofer on the Klipsch set, I was quite happy with the sound. So, instead of returning these Bose speakers, I decided to take them to my office as I was in need of better speakers there as well. Although I rarely go to the office much at the moment and working from home. All in all they seem to be good for what they are. I can't say much for long term as I have only listened to them briefly. Once I get back to the office and can listen to them more I can update on my findings.

These speakers were pretty good. Especially for the price. The bass was just enough to sound good and they were simple to setup on my mac mini

Love the sound balance of Bose. If Bose is not your thing, you won't appreciate this review. These speakers achieve more than the quality of my Logitech Z323 speakers with a subwoofer. With much less stuff in the way. These 2 satellite speakers, with minimal connections, sound better than the LT system I had. This is the best option if you don't have an all-Bluetooth solution in mind.

Bose always kills the speaker industry in my opinion! I love this set and will use them for as long as they last! Amazing acoustics and with the perfect amount of bass. If you love to listen to your music while doing work, these are the way to go!

I went in to purchase a different set of speakers for my laptop. As always, I did my due diligence. Checking reviews from a variety of sources. Comparing prices. Looking for the absolute best deal I could find (I will spend for quality and value, every time, but I don't like it). I was convinced I knew what I wanted and went in to get the job done... then I trialed this set of Bose, popped my budget - although not by much, and impulsed bought my way out the door, never looking back. I think they're terrific. No need for a separate woofer on the floor. Nice small footprint on the desk top. Good full sound for me and my laptop. Someone somewhere is going to say they couldn't crank them loud enough at the last kegger, but really, perspective folks, perspective.
