These speakers are relatively cheap for Bose, and as usual they don't disappoint. The sound quality is great for a simple pair of speakers, far better than the speakers I was using previously. They deliver a fair amount of bass for not having a sub.

The sound is pretty decent. Not like a Bose system, but there is some bass and warmth to them. Tons of wires going everywhere. But otherwise I like them.

These speakers have a wonderful sound. The bass and treble are well balanced and clear. When the volume is turned all the way up for a larger room, the quality drops dramatically. I use these speakers for my TV entertainment center in a medium-sized living room and the sound is great as long as I do not crank the volume all the way up.

The cords are a bit to short. I have two monitors (24" and 27") on my desktop, and the cord between the speakers is almost taut in order to have one on each side. It'd be nice to have more freedom to position them the way I want. Great sound, though.

Very good channel separation. Base is good. Treble not really. I wish there was a little light to indicate if the speakers are on as a reminder to turn them off. Music sounds good because of the base but conversation is mensa, mensa. Volume is good.

These speakers are great! Good quality sound, with rich base and clear no static voice. Be Careful turning these babies up, they will blast you out of your house!

You get a great Bose sound for a reasonable price. These speakers are outstanding. I use them on my desktop at home to listen to music while I surf the internet.

i use these speakers with a dfx music enhancer program and spotify internet music site great bass and great sounding speakers sounds like a 400 dollar speakers not a 100 dollar speakers make your computer sound like an expensive stereo

so i bought this Bose® - Companion® 2 Series III Multimedia Speaker System (2-Piece) so i can connect to my new PC CyberPowerPC - Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 580 - 2TB Hard Drive + 240GB SSD - White. i don't really play video games but i use my new PC and my new monitor ViewSonic - XG Gaming XG3220 32" LED 4K UHD FreeSync Monitor with HDR so i can watch Netflix in 4K UHD and with Bose speakers it produces very nice sounds. i can play my VUDU movies but they don't show 4K UHD maybe because my PC is not compatible with VUDU movies but the sounds are very good. i also watch a bunch of YouTube music videos and the sounds come out very nice!

Amazing sound and at a price that doesn't break the bank, and with a name like Bose you know your getting the best. The sound that these put out is crisp and clear.

I should've known when I spent $99 on a pair of Bose speakers... I wasn't still in the 80s and those were the dream speakers that no one could afford lol....they do sound nice, you have to run them at 75% for a clear sound but they don't get extremely loud. Example: If you're just doing normal office stuff with the music playing in a low key fashion or watch videos on YouTube they are perfect and all you need....however...if you're an online gamer or your child watches movies/videos, etc from your computer during a sleepover or party you'll want to upgrade lol. Like I said great for one person at the computer. I just know in my house the TVs usually on, the computers in the next room...at any moment our kids will call everyone in the house to look at a hilarious video. The speakers just have to be louder than us lol....I just put them on my husband's computer, def an upgrade and they're perfect for him :)

Great sound for Meetings and to listen to video. The sound coming out of the speakers is clear. You can actually hear the words. They are small enough and compact

I am a BOSE and Klipsch fanboy due to clarity of surround and voice for reference to my review. These Bose - Companion 2 Series III are extraordinary clear, precise and pointed for both low and medium volumes. I use them in a office to watch Business News and these are a dream with my 2015 Sager Laptop using a Creative Equalizer. You can tweak volume levels and clarity with a PC equalizer. If you don't have a equalizer option, I would recommend getting a DAC, USB Sound Card or PCI/PCIe sound card that comes with a software equalizer to take full advantage of these small but powerful speakers. Not that great for base heads, I would go with the Klipsch Pro Media 2.1 for base heads. For Multimedia, TV and Movies with a software Equalizer, these Bose - Companion 2 Series III are perfecto!

The staff guided me to this option and placed the order in the Longmont, CO store. The speakers came in 1 day early and I was notified promptly. Picking the package up was easy as was installation. I kept the packaging as it is a great way to move them around. I am a sound artist and have been listening to both sound and voice broadcasts with these remarkable speakers. I just released my 6th multi-tonal album so I want to hear the notes and the space between the notes. These speakers are allowing me to fall in love with using my laptop as a stereo.

These small speakers give out an excellent sound for the size. I didn't have the room for a big woofer and larger speakers so these give very good bass and sound like the quality one would expect from Bose.
