Looking specifically for Bose-brand speakers and found them at Best Buy. Terrific value at the price. Easy to install. The sound quality is unmistakably Bose.

I bought these to have simple speakers and no subwoofer since I didn’t have room and I wasn’t disappointed. They provide good sound even at 80-100% along with good vocals. If you’re low on desk space then I would go with these.

I have ALWAYS! wanted a bose speaker system in my house, but with part time salary I was only ever dreaming. My PC bit the dust and i had to buy a new one, with the best buy credit card i got one and was awarded bonus points, enough to see i could finally afford these desktop speakers. My new computer the speakers were tinny and awful. The sound that comes out of these little suckers IS INCREDIBLE!! perfectly affordable for loud beautiful well balanced sound in my studio. I also bought the insurance so if they ever start crackling or blow, the Bestbuy promise will exchange them. How awesome is that! GO GET THESE!!

I've had them for over 4 years now, and they always sound crisp, clean, and with power. I had an issue with the right speaker after 3 years of using them, but I've been so in love with them ever since I got them, that I bought them again and gave the old pair to my son.

Love these. Great great quality and sound is excellent. I use it while playing movies on my computer. I do not use it for gaming. If you are playing intense games, then use a headset. These are great though if you playing games that you want to hear the sound or music on. They have pretty decent sound output. Nothing compared to my old THX Klipsch with subwoofer, but gets the job done. Great for office environment to play music on

These speakers sound awesome and don't take up too much space on my desk. They are a great addition to my video/audio editing computer.

Gave to a family member for Christmas and I just heard them playing the other day. They sound wonderful and for the price, I'd go buy another set for me! I love the bass on them.

Really nice sound when compared to a regular cheap computer speaker. If you're planning to buy a computer speaker, then definitely invest $100 into a good speaker like this one instead of changing it every few years or something. My only concern is that this speaker isn't designed for dubstep or similar music because it won't give proper bass like other speakers like the Harman Kardon Onyx Studio series. But it's great for hip hop and similar genres. Also great for watching movies or online videos. Caution: there is too much wiring required, so make sure you have enough space.

I purchased these because I started having issues with the speaker in my TV. Sound quality is really great. I often switch the connection from my TV to my iPad to listen to downloaded music or a (very old) boombox to listen to CDs. Very pleased with these speakers.

Speakers are great for an office setting. Music sounds good. Sounds great with enough base for an office setting.

Purchased a new Lenovo H50 Computer Tower. Purchased 2 different Logitech speaker systems for my new computer. Logitech speakers sounded outstanding until I listened to the Bose Companion II speakers. Best Buy allowed me to return both systems to up-grade to Bose. The Bose produce the best quasi-surround I ever heard from two speaker for the price.

These little speakers are great for a mac mini. The sound quality is great and they have good bass too.
