I bought these for my husband for Father's Day and wasn't sure he'd love them as he already has Bluetooth headphones that he wears all the time. But from the moment he put them on the first time he was hooked! Daytime is for Frames and evenings are for headphones. :)
Great sound and super fun party trick to pass around to the party goers and give them their first experience of Bose Frames in action. Everyone is always so impressed with sound quality and the fact that people nearby can't hear the sound.
I definitely recommend these for an AWESOME gift for anyone - I would say that the Alto is a bit large for a smaller sized head/face so the Rondo would probably work better.
Super easy to set up with the Bose Connect app so if you already own any Bose product it is even easier to add this one to the family.
Glad I could hook my husband up and pretty sure he has single handed-ly sold 20 more frames to his friends and contacts. Well done, Bose!

I've been a Bose fan for years - purchasing my first set of 901s in the late 70s. I've been buying Bose ever since - including 4 generations of their noise-cancelling headphones.
When I saw these, I made the mistake of assuming they were gimmicky. I wondered if my college son would like them but given we have dozens of pairs of Oakleys, I thought not.
One day, we were in the Bose Store in Cambridge, and my son tried on the Bose Frames. He was instantly blown away. He said, "I want these!"
We came home to California for the summer and my wife and I had planned to get them for him for Christmas, but we just could not wait. We wanted him to take them back to school for his final semester.
They are especially wonderful on hot days - when even his Apple AirPods would be hot and uncomfortable in his ears. He wears them all of them time. He loves them. Now we're probably going to have to get some for his college-sister.

It's not the best for calls, but music is amazing with these. I had to buy another charging cord which was a bummer because the little prong broke, but the glasses themselves are solid.

The style is sleek, the charging is good. Although, the battery wears down quickly and it is only chargeable through the Bose charger made specifically for the sunglasses. The sound is very low, although clear. I have Bose headphones I use daily as well as Beats. They live up to their name on the clarity but, the sound volume is too low on this particular product. Add a little more bass to your products but, keep the clarity. For these sunglasses the volume is just too low. Good idea and good start but, I’m not sure I will keep it use these frequently.

I was truly shocked at how impressive these glasses were. Very comfortable. Lens had a good tinted. Sound was incredible! Just not quite loud enough for the vehicle I drive(bus).

These are the best. Hands down. If you work or spend a lot of time outside then you need these. The sound quality is great, the glasses are comfy and stylish, and the best part is you can still hear the world around you!

These are great sunglasses and perfect if you use them for what they are. I purchased regular lenses to wear without the us of “sunglasses”. The sound is good..base is mediocre and if your expecting noise canceling then these aren’t for you. But, if you want some sunglasses that provide music during Everyday outdoor activities they are great. Not to mention they are nice sunglasses…Battery life could be better and the distance on the Bluetooth leaves a lot to be desired. So plan on keeping you phone close by.

These glasses are lightweight, have great lenses, and high-quality sound. The functionality is easy to use and the polarized lenses you can buy separately are better quality than other sunglass manufacturers.

Unbelievable product by Bose. These truly sound amazing and fit very comfortably. Battery life could be better but its a first gen. If battery life is a worry just turn the glasses off when not in use.

I've owned these sunglasses for about a month now, and so far, I'm satisfied with them. I like being able to listen to YouTube/music when I walk around my neighborhood, and having my ears uncovered in case I need to hear anything around me. The sound quality is good enough for me. There is no bass, so don't get these if you are mainly using them to enjoy music on. I'm hoping the build quality is good enough to last me a few years, because these are the same price as premium headphones/ear buds, so i want to get good use out of them before they start breaking down.

These sunglasses are a great motivator to walk in the morning. The sound is fantastic, yet no one else can hear it. The sunglasses are comfortable and the lenses prevent sun glare.

The sound quality was impressive although the bass could have been a little more robust. The only issue I had with these, and the reason I have returned it, was they were too wide for my head and allowed to much ambient light in which reflected off the inside of the glasses, not a plus for glasses. Now that they have more versions out I may come back and try again.

As for the sound, these were great. I was very surprised being that they are out of the ear and quiet to the rest of the world. Kudos to that.
As for the glasses, they look and feel cheap. They look like knock off ray bans and have no optics quality to speak of.
As for the fit - they were comfortable but a little snug on my large head.
At the end of the day, look at the application. If you want to listen on the beach or a walk, these are great. They are not really for driving or fashion.

I got these glasses for my birthday and thought they were just a gimmick. I was wrong. I love these things. Once you have them set up, you can literally put them on and press one button and boom their connected. They use google assistant so it's easy to control not only your glasses but anything, from smart home devices to just your phone. The sound is impressive on them too.
Battery life: surprisingly good. I didn't think the rated time would be enough but I guess I dont really wear glasses that often. Phantom drain is minimal when off as well.
TLDR: Try these glasses

Bose knocked it out of the park with this one.
This product is not for everyone and you will most likely be better getting a pair of wireless headphones.
If your looking for an easy to use solution that lets you hear your surroundings but have a soundtrack to your life this is it.
Taking phone calls is simple and clear. Audio is clean as is custom with bose products. Bass is lacking but thats to be expected with tiny speakers around your ears and not in them.
Bose also makes additional lenses for the glasses. Look into them if you want to get a polarized lens.

The sound is amazing and still allows you to be aware of your surroundings. There are a ton of options online for different lenses for them including Rx. If you know you are going to be outside for a few hours they are an excellent option for listening to music or ebooks. Coming back inside though means you have to take them off and stop listening if you want to see. You could also get the transition lenses to negate this. The battery is small, just a few hours. Keep the case and chord nearby.

Amazing sound without wires while not being plugged into your ears. Lenses very good too. Nice fit. Connected by Bluetooth to the sound apps on my iPhone. Loaded the local Rush Limbaugh station and listened as I traveled. Tiny buttons on the side accommodate various functions. Takes a little getting use to but okay once you learn them. Highly recommend. You probably would not want to wear them as just sunglasses but you could. Priced no more or even less than a set of designer glasses.
