    It is rare that I give something 1 or 2 stars and I REALLY wanted to love these glasses. The sound is great when you are in a quiet environment and even if you are walking outside and it is quiet, but as soon as you are near any noise (traffic, people, a car going by) the sound cannot get loud enough. It is nearly impossible to hear the sound over the outside noises. That made me take 2 stars off and the third star came off due to connectivity issues. The glasses constantly lose connectivity, for a few seconds at a time, with my phone, even though my phone is in my hand. Music will skip and randomly switch to the next song before a song has ended. I thought it was just the pair I purchased, but then I realized (after reading reviews) that this is a common occurrance.
