Great glass but caution on filing claim

Unfortunately after 2 weeks they stop working. I couldn’t bring them back to BB since they only allow 14 days for this product. So I had to file a warranty claim with Bose and I’m still awaiting a replacement pair. It will be over a month before a receive a replacement part hence the 3 star review.
