Best value/performance of all Bose Frames
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't realize I wanted these until I tried them! Overall, really great upgrade to the previous generation Bose Frames. I have tried the Alto, Tenor and these. I have a wider face. The Alto, at first try, seemed most comfortable, but would slip down with any sweating. These are tighter around the temples, but definitely hold better. They seem to get more comfortable as you wear them longer. The Tenor seem to be the best fit. The mirrored polarized lenses are great. Not quite Maui Jim, but leaps better than the Alto lenses. Sound quality is very good. Decent quality sound with weaker bass, but that's to be expected. The Tempo are the best for sports, but also have the highest volume and longest battery life. If you like the form factor and these fit well, the Tempo should be your choice over any of the Bose frames. The touch controls can be finicky. particularly with activating Siri for me with a double tap that doesn't always register or transmit an audible "siri chirp". Definitely worth checking out, and I recommended these to plenty of friends.

Love them!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these Boze sunglasses. I have had every style. These are my third ones I own, not because I have broken them but because I upgrade to the latest ones always. I love that these feel light weighted and adjust to your face. I dont have to charge them often. Maybe once every week, depending how much I have used them. I don't have bluetooth problems or people not being able to hear me. I really love them.

Shockingly Good!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to say, I was skeptical to be getting sunglasses that have bluetooth connected music, and I'm thrilled to say that my skepticism was misplaced. To start, the packaging definitely gives a feel of luxury when opening it. Once in the box, the sunglasses themselves are inside a semi-hard protective carrying case embossed with the Bose logo. The whole experience gives you the feeling of quality. Removing the sunglasses you can feel the weight and quality to them. They are sturdy, if a little bit heavy because of the battery and speakers, but look sleek. It may take a moment to get past the wide-body of the band on either side, but honestly with the strange things that many sport-grade sunglasses have going on, this doesn't really stand out too much. Connecting to the bluetooth is as easy as you'd expect. It connected right the first time and without issue. I tried it both directly to the phone without the Bose Music app and with. It works both ways, however the Bose Music app allows control of the device in more specific ways and is worth the install. It is unobtrusive so there's no issues with using it. It also ensures the firmware is up to date. Something it does not do, which I really appreciate, is try to take over all sound/music functionality of the phone. It seems apps for other bluetooth connected headphones and speakers recently need to give me their little notification icon and want to take control of play/pause/etc functions of my music. The Bose music app stays pleasantly in the background. So now the important part. How do they sound? Amazing. Shockingly good. I would hope so when you consider the company is Bose, but hey, they are sunglasses, not speakers, not earbuds, not headphones. The open speaker configuration perfectly directs the sound into your ears for a full sounding experience. I will say they lean a little on the tinny side, but I would expect that with almost anything in this size range (I've never met a pair of earbuds that can deliver what I would consider 'good' base response) and I would say this is a dramatic cut above all earbuds I've ever listened to music on. I know there is also the question of how well others can hear your music. It is definitely not completely silent to another person, but it sounds about on-par with someone sitting next to you listening to their headphones turned up a bit too loud. Which is to say, you can hear it, but it's not going to be heard over even a whisper. Can you hear while wearing them? Yes and no. If someone is talking to you sufficiently loud enough to overcome your music volume, then yes, so in that way it's like any other headphones.. As far as looks and aesthetics, they are right up there with any high end sport sunglasses you may have ever seen. The only gripe I have is the lenses pick up fingerprints VERY easily. Having barely brushed one with the edge of my thumb I can see exactly where I smudged them. I dont know if sunglasses usually have an oleophobic coating, but I think these companies should start considering it. Bottom Line. These are incredible. If you're considering them, then yes, get them.

Good Sunglasses Good Sound
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice wrap around style sunglasses with mirrored polarized (but changeable) lenses that are dark enough to keep your eyes more comfortable in bright sun but not so dark that some evening use is out of the question. And the sound is fantastic. Of course these are not noise blocking but in an average environment with normal background noises you can turn them up far enough to all but eliminate the noises to enjoy your music or turn them down to participate in a conversation without stopping the music or taking out one or both earbuds when you were using those. You can also take and place calls from your glasses of course when connected to your phone through Bluetooth. Music can be paused, tracks can be skipped from the multifunction button on the right temple. Also on the right temple, you just slice your finger forward on the temple to increase volume and slide your finger towards the rear of the glasses to decrease volume, no switch just slide along the temple. I found the slide action to be a bit temperamental but over all like the feature. Phone calls were very clear on both ends of the conversation. The quality of the sound rivals that of many top end ear buds I have and do own and without the hassle of having something sitting in your ears sometimes painfully after several hours of use. Until I got use to the placement of the multifunction button I found it very easy to accidentally push but found the key to that is stay away from the right temple unless you are looking for the button of wanting to slide your finger for volume control. All control can also be accomplished from your phone as well. Setup is three quick steps outlined on the card wrapping the box and full instructions can be found in the app once it is downloaded and the glasses are paired with the app. The Glasses, a nice carrying case, charging cord and microfiber cleaning cloth are included.

Amazing sound and stylish looks
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Highs and Mids are phenomenal for such a device. The sound is better than most headphones. Don’t expect much bass from these. Quality built and easy to use functions. Battery is excellent. Lens are well built as well. Caution: On full volume you CANNOT hear the world around you. If you’re using these as a safety device you must keep the volume around mid range.

Nothing stuck in my ear!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is astonishing the quality of sound coming from the tiny speakers built into these sunglasses. I hear orchestra elements that I did not know were used in the compilations, such as the triangle in certain Classic Rock arrangements. In addition to excellent sound, they are comfortable, block the sunlight with polarized lenses and are light weight. I really like that my phone, watch and these glasses work together.

Awesome!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They sound great. They sound as though you have earbuds in your ears. They’re comfortable, they cling tight to your face and they look cool. And if you’re out hiking, biking or walking you can still hear your surroundings. The battery life is pretty good. Making calls with them sounds good on both ends. It’s really easy to turn the volume up or down with their touch interface.

Surprisingly Great Product!!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about this purchase before I purchases it - but after several days of using it, I no longer have any reservations or concerns. In fact, the glasses clearly exceed my expectations. The sound is much better than anticipated. The high and mids are really incredible given the size of the speakers embedded in the frames. Many folks have been unhappy with the bass - and while the bass is not as dominant as some would like, it does provide an adequate amount of bass - at least for my tastes. I currently own the AirPods Max, Airpods Pro, and Sony WF1000X4 headphones / earbuds so I do appreciate audio quality. Bose has done a really good job engineering high quality sound is such small speakers. The Bose Tempo certainly fits the niche it was intended to serve. The lens are very good - as is the fit. Battery life also seems to be as advertised, i.e. about 8 hours. Overall, I highly recommend this product for those that enjoy music while outside and need to be aware of their surroundings.

Bose nailed it with Second Gen
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Kudos to Bose for this Gen2 massive upgrade. The Tempo is the sports model and I tend to wear mine while bike riding. The fit is snug and secure and the wrap around lens is great for full visibility. Amazingly, even zipping along at 20+ mph, with the wind and road noise, I find the music enjoyable to listen to. When I’m home or out walking, even with the glasses flipped up I find the piped-in music nice to listen to. Drop them down and the sound becomes full, rich, and immersive. Wearing these, I especially like being fully aware of my surroundings (vs in-ear/sound blocking headsets). Battery life so far is excellent. And the water/sweat/temp protection of this model is a further plus. Highly recommend.

Bose tempo sunglasses
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quality: the quality is above and beyond. Sound comes from the stems of the sunglasses. Very solid and full. Nothing sticking in your ears so your ears don’t get tired. Good quality build so very structurally sound. Comfortability: extremely comfortable and not too heavy considering all the tech and batteries inside the stems. Ease of use: the controls are very easy to use and the app is very fast to connect and cornice the glasses settings. Uses a standard usb-c charging cable which is included. Case is solid and has s pouch for the charging cable. Highly recommend these glasses. So much fun to say the least. Great battery life and sound. Can’t go wrong with these

Nice Sunglasses with Audio to Boot
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a solution with my biking. I like to take long rides and be safe. I had too many items strapped to my head - helmet, sunglasses, and some type of a Bluetooth device. I need to hear the outside ambient sounds for vehicles and people while riding. The in ear Bluetooth devices left too much to chance while the through the bone devices, while working well, still had to be attached to the back of my head. The Bose sunglasses take care of all that. I can now ride my bike, answer a phone call, listen to music, and have my eyes protected. I was impressed by how nice music sounds. I also like the lenses are replaceable if/when needed. It is also nice for walking outside. It is a little pricey but that is Bose. Overall, a good purchase that hopefully will give many years of good use.

Great Polarized Sunglasses for Running or Hiking
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using these sunglasses on my runs and they've added a new dimension in terms of my environmental awareness and comfort. Because these sunglasses are designed with open ear audio, you get to experience your music without an earbud entrenched into your ear canal. It is a very liberating and refreshing experience that provides a level of comfort that none of my headphones can provide while I run or hike. I've been pretty surprised how much more aware I am of my surroundings during my runs due to the open ear audio design. Anything that adds a layer of safety when I'm engaged in a physical activity is a huge plus in my book; especially while shielding my eyes from the sun! I can also vouch that they have stood up to my sweat during my runs with no issues so far. While the open ear audio design provides for a much better level of comfort than traditional earbuds/headphones and also provides much better environmental awareness, there is a trade off. You're not going to get the "boomy" low frequency bass notes that you may be used to hearing when listening to your favorite electronic set. You're also not going to get that punchy double pedal sound when listening to metal or hard rock. However, hip/hop, pop, jazz, and acoustic tracks sound FANTASTIC! Incredibly crisp and vibrant.I think this may be a deal breaker for some people depending on what their preferred genre of music is. I happen to be a huge fan of electronic and metal when working out and I just wish they offered a little more bass. I also wish they were just slightly louder. For poolside listening, these are such a pleasure! It's refreshing not having to have anything in your ears while you sip on your favorite beverage. I would like to note that because of their open ear design, at it's highest volume, people close to you will definitely be able to hear your music. Just something to keep in mind. In terms of build quality and design, this thing feels like it's built like a tank (albeit all plastic) but somehow maintains a very light heft to it. I absolutely love the polarized lens with the mirror finish. They include three different nose pads to increase/decrease the pressure for a tighter or looser fit. I have the "medium" nose pads installed and they don't budge when I run. They're also super comfy! One thing I'm not a big fan of is the oversized frames. However, I know that Bose did this in order to pack lithium batteries that provide up to 8 hours of audio playback. Happy to report that battery performance has far outlasted any of my runs or hikes. Setup was a bit of struggle for me at first. However, I am fully to blame for not being able to initially pair my sunglasses to my Android device. I could simply not get the "Bose Music" app to connect to my sunglasses. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that under my "connections" settings, I had "Phone Visibility" set to off which means that my phone was not discoverable during bluetooth pairing. As soon as I turned this on, my phone was able to quickly pair with the sunglasses and I've had no issues since. I have included a screenshot of the setting in case anyone has any issues pairing their sunglasses. This would be the first thing I would check. My favorite feature so far has been the convenience of simply swiping on the top right side of the frame to turn the volume up or down. You can also skip or replay tracks by tapping on the frame. I love not having to mess about with pushing a button on a wireless earbud or trying to find the play/skip/volume buttons on a cord. Overall, if you're an active person who loves to take your music with you on runs or hikes but also likes to shield your eyes from the sun, I would highly suggest you give them a try. Or if youre someone who constantly finds themselves poolside, these are a must!!

Great glasses
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These glasses are incredible. I never thought I would purchase Bluetooth sunglasses, but I did and it's the best purchase. I am able to enjoy the sun and listen to my favorite music without having to stop and mess with my phone volume. I just set and go. What an amazing concept. The battery last for a long period of time, and the glasses function will let me know when the charge is at 10%, and needs to be recharge. That is a great feature. The style is amazing and they are comfortable.

Bose Blue Tooth Sun Glasses - A Winner
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These glasses are great. They fit well and don't slide around. With three nose pieces to choose from, it's easy to find the best fit. They are not very heavy and cause me no problem. Being a fan of wrap around sun glasses, these were a natural choice for me. The lenses are polarized and interchangeable for replacement or a change of fashion or need. When turning on these blue tooth glasses, you're told the amount of battery charge remaining. One charge lasts for many hours. They are turned off by simply pressing the button, or just take them off and lay them down on their frame. The sound is very good - strictly Bose. Since they don't cover your ears, you can carry on a conversation while listening to them. The sound comes from very tiny speakers close to your ears. The sound is great for you but someone needs to be VERY close to you to know that your have them turned on and playing. They use a USB C connector with is vastly superior to a micro connector. One change I'd like to see is a dust cover over the open connector.

Happy it broke
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first generation Bose frames broke recently. I dropped them. I was heartbroken. They worked floorlessly I was ecstatic to learn there was a upgrade. So happy my first pair broke. Better sound, longer battery life and polarized lens included fantastic. Note at low volume my ears hear a tad more base. My jazz now has some thump to it. Perfect product to be out in this summer weather. Must purchase lens for evening tint is to dark for once sun goes down. I Recommend EVERYONE purchase these. Three stars on quality cause it’s made of plastic.

Love these
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Always been a huge Oakley fan but paired with Bose audio engineering with no earbuds I had to try these. All I can say is wow unbelievable sound quality great battery life Oakley lens quality just a great purchase May seem a little pricey but when you factor in the Bose engineering that went into these and the fact that the same glasses without Bose music and handsfree calling are around $109-$130 you make the call An extra $170 or so dollars to not have an earbud but still great sound is well worth it in my view then again I work outside and wear these all day

Great glasses, great sound.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been looking at these for a while but I received a pair for Father's Day, when they were $150 instead of $250. I really love these glasses because I run a lot and it is nice not to have something directly in your ears so you have better perception of the cars and traffic around you. The sound is great. At low levels the quality is amazing. If you blast them (which I can't see why you would ever need to do that), the sound quality is a little distorted. It takes some adjustment with the nose pieces to fit accurately, but once I got running it was no issue. I also like the fact you can have conversations with people while listening to your music. If the volume is too high it can annoy the people around you, but at normal levels it is barely noticeable. I am considering buying another pair of just the regular sunglasses just to walk around in.

Great Bose sound
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Expensive, however the sound quality is amazing as Bose does have excellent electronics in their product. I chose these because they have different options for lenses as the others are fixed. These can even fit prescriptions. These are really nice and can last a long time with good care. I use them everyday as they are comfortable and well designed.I needed a pair that allows me to drown out people who try to talk to me and not make eye contact , these work like a dream
