Earbuds are VERY comfortable!

I use these to listen to music and take calls - no need to switch back to my Apple earbuds (sorry Apple! :->).

Work great, not for bass lovers

If you break them and do not have best buy warranty you can call Bose and they will ship you a box for you to send in broken ones and give you a new pair at a discounted price. They stand behind their products

Nice Headphones

Bose has it when it comes to comfert and the ear bud not falling off you ear. I had that problem with beats I return them and got the Bose love them never going back to beats again

Really Nice Sound

The good thing is they are more comfortable than the beats or klipsh. You just have to turn them up a bit more and man do they deliver. Very happy with them and will get another pair when its time to retire these.
