      Sound quality may suffer if bass and treble controls are set to extreme levels. Try adjusting the controls to mid-range levels; this may improve sound quality. Be sure to turn off both audio enhancements and special equalizer settings found on the source.

    After using it for over a month, I can now say that this product was made for listening to music and not for calls. The other end would feel that you are located inside a well.

If you're having trouble being heard on calls, make sure the earbuds are being worn properly, and make sure nothing is blocking the mic holes (e.g. any headgear).     Great for listen to music in semi quiet area. Callers couldn't hear me in noisy environments and I had a hard time hearing them.

    Save yourself the headache of return and do not buy. Pairing the device is more difficult than it should be. Customer support from Bose is non-existent. The sound quality is not at all as advertised. Yhe device does not consistently pair and work properly.
