Really really good noise cancellation. Not as loud overall as I’d hoped (beats solo 3s are louder.) but better sound quality by far. They also don’t fold but the case is a great hard shell material with a magnet storage pouch for the charger and aux cord I use these for the gym 8/10 would recommend.

I gave 3 stars for the open box value, and quality of the headphones. I'm not sure, but everytime I play some certain songs, the sound comes out noisy, this happened couple times when I switch to YouTube or video music. Overall the headphones are awesome, but u think mine only has some issues or defected. I might think of returning them or replacing them. Again another thing I notice that they get dirty so easy and the rubber on the head can Crack after couple usages.

I read a lot of the reviews and many of them talk about how these headphones are great for calls, but not so great for music. I had some gift certificates that will be expiring soon, so I went ahead and made the purchase anyhow. All I can say is that all those other reviews are correct. Overall, the headphones are comfortable and do a good job with noise cancellation (although I would say they are average and on par with other headphones when it comes to noise cancellation). In regards to phone calls, they are crisp and clear, and do a good job of removing background noise. However, music just doesn’t sound all that great. For clarification, I’m not one of those people who lives and dies by music. I enjoy music in general, and that’s about it. Given just a general appreciation for music, I would say that these Bose headphones don’t do a very good job. I think the best way I can describe it is that the music just doesn’t sound all that deep and clear. Music that has bass can sound “fuzzy”and not crisp. After using these headphones for a few days for travel, I feel like I want to return them and buy the Sony headphones instead. My brother-in-law had a pair, and I tried those out in direct comparison with my Bose. The Sony sounded much better. These headphones are very pricey and I just don’t think they are worth the money.

I was over the moon when I received this Headphones and immediately put them to the test during a family trip out of the country. Let me start by saying that our flight lasted almost 11 hours and didn’t run out of battery during that entire time, working perfectly. They are extremely comfortable in-ears and have a very impressive isolation, and I never felt that annoying/uncomfortable pressure over my ears at all. Controls are great and the touch controls are very responsive and intuitive. Thanks to its equalizer music sounds smoother and it lets it shine through, highly consistent, which gives me a better feel of how my music should sound. Noise cancelling is insanely good! I love that it allows me to listen to music in a quiet environment, without any disturbance. They are beautifully designed with a fabulous mix of colors and textures/materials. Great connection and amazing performance: Without any doubt, the best noise-canceling Headphones in the market!

Bose 700 headphones arrived today; the headset system clearly spoke First Class. Upon opening the product box found a carrying case for the Bose 700’s that is both nicely designed and quite suitable for storing or travelling with the headphones.
The 700’s are both very comfortable wearing and the tactile sensation to the touch in your hand and upon your head is far removed from any headsets that I have previously reviewed/used. The texture of the ear and head cushions are the definition of comfort. The 700’s rest lightly on your head and are basically not noticeable when you put them on, after a few minutes you barely notice you are wearing the headset.
To setup the 700’s you download the Bose Music app and follow the instructions. Bose Music app will setup popular streaming music services automatically, cool. One item that caught my eye is your current music selection is displayed on app. The extra attention to detail app programming shines through.
First experience with noise cancellation tech, in a word, Wow. Turned on some James Taylor mid-range volume, put the headset on and at first did not realize that I could not hear an A/C unit just twenty feet from me. Only when I took the headphones off did hit me that all the sounds in the room had “magically” disappeared. You can program three settings from complete noise cancellation to mid and no cancellation, very nice.
Music is perfectly clear including the most subtle audio with extraordinary spatial environment, each instrument/vocal comes through stunningly. Fact is the 700’s are the best headphones at music reproduction that I have experienced. From a wide range of genres going back to the 60’s through modern and Rock to Phantom of the Opera it was musical bliss.
Fun Stuff:
- Controls are well placed and the Touch Surface Controls for volume and track selection are spot on.
- Battery life should easily deliver twenty hours of fun
- Conversation mode
- Built in Alexa - Simple easy setup – Great Feature
- Mobile call management
“Bose Headphones 700 feature an unrivaled four-microphone system that picks up and isolates your voice while cancelling the noise around you. You’ll hear and be heard like never before — even in noisy environments.” Good stuff.
Typically, not a big headphone enthusiast, I have now been converted with the Bose 700 headphones. Bose has covered all the bases in their new headset.
The 700’s speak class, performance and functionality clearly.

My first impression of the Bose 700 noise cancelling headphones was they are super sleek and sleek zippered carrying case.
The case has headphones, charging cable in flip magnetic pouch. The length of the headphones can be adjusted by pulling the cups up and down. All controls are on the right side except the noise cancellation button which is on the left side. On the right side, you have power button, and google assist/ siri button. When you swipe on the right headphone – you can control volume, change song, accept/ reject the calls. The charging port is Type C just like android phone charging ports. Charging was quick and didn’t need extended hours of charging.
I was able to connect the headphones with my android phone and my iPad. I felt the I could use it with more use with my android phone compared to my iPad (works on SIM and WIFI). I had connectivity issue with iPad while using Bose Music app. I felt it took longer to connect and had tried connecting after 3 attempts. Although once connected worked seamlessly.
The sound clarity is awesome. I was able to hear even the background sounds of the caller. I love reading and often carry my headphones with my book while heading to coffee shop. These headphones gave me the perfect white noise atmosphere which I want without constantly adjusting the volume. Thanks to the active noise cancellation that I was able to maintain a normal volume while enjoying my coffee and book.
One day I was wearing my headphones and doing housework, and completely forgot that I had headphones on me (thanks to the lightweight), I was taking trash out and still could hear the music in ears. I generally must walk a good amount to throw trash away. I was like wow these have long range too.
Overall, I loved these headphones for their noise cancellation, and light weight. However, I would recommend them to improve their lag in connectivity to iPad. Irrespective of the small hiccup, I still recommend this to my family and friends.

I recently purchased the Bose NC 700 headphones, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my investment. The noise-canceling capabilities are nothing short of amazing. Whether I'm on a crowded train, in a noisy café, or even working in a bustling office, the NC 700 effectively drowns out unwanted background noise, creating a serene listening environment.
The sleek design of these headphones adds a touch of sophistication, and the build quality is outstanding. The ear cups are comfortable, providing a snug fit without causing discomfort during extended use. The touch controls on the ear cups are intuitive and responsive, allowing for easy adjustment of volume, playback, and calls.
The sound quality is, as expected from Bose, exceptional. Crisp highs, rich mids, and deep, immersive bass make every listening experience enjoyable. Whether I'm enjoying my favorite music, watching movies, or taking calls, the audio performance of the NC 700 never fails to impress.
One standout feature is the adaptive four-microphone system, which ensures clear and natural-sounding phone calls, even in noisy environments. The voice isolation technology works like a charm, making conversations crystal clear for both the caller and receiver.
The battery life is impressive, offering extended usage on a single charge. The quick charge feature is handy for those times when I forget to charge them overnight, providing a significant amount of playtime with just a short charging session.
In summary, the Bose NC 700 headphones deliver on their promise of exceptional noise cancelation, premium build quality, and superb audio performance. If you're in the market for top-tier noise-canceling headphones that seamlessly blend style and substance, the Bose NC 700 is a solid choice.

Rugged quality.

I've owned many pair of phones, but none more robust than these. When I opened the package I was a little dismayed. The spindles that the ear pieces travel down look rather chintzy. The fact that the ear pieces rotate freely also caused some consternation. It felt a bit cheap. I've been using them constantly for a couple of weeks and the adjustment shafts still slide very smoothly, but with enough resistance to assure they're not becoming loose.
The next impression I had was with the case. It's a very lightweight, but stiff and flat design. Perfect for packing. It feels like your phones will be secure from most normal wear and tear inside the case. The USB C charging cable nestles nicely in a hidden compartment mid-arch in the case.
The headphones paired easily, and the app was a breeze to install and use. The battery life was much better than I've experienced with similar product. I like how the voice intones, 'ten hours of battery life.'
The noise cancellation can be adjusted, and I found that particularly useful as I work in an environ where sometimes I want to be aware of what's happening around me.
I found the sound quality to be equal to many cheaper phones when listening to internet compressed audio, but to be very good when listening to 320kb mp3s and even better on uncompressed files (duh). I don't have the audiophile chops to compare uncompressed listening on similar phones. I did feel like these could have had a bit more range, though.
The padded band was comfortable and secure on my head for hours at a time. I do have a fairly large noggin, tho.
All in all I feel like I was buying brand and rugged dependability.

I bought an open box option where they said “ Execellent Condition” As soon as I received the package, I saw a big stracth on the case and inside the case is super dirty and smell bad like it been using for months not a month, I mean this condition is fair or good not execellent, I could have bought fair condition but I chose excellent so I expect it should be better than this.

Some improvements, some downgrades
I have owned many models of the Bose noise canceling and non noise canceling headphones. I currently own the QC 35II noise canceling headphones and I think they are one of the best all around headphones ever created so it only seems fitting to compare the Bose 700’s to those. Are the Bose 700’s an improvement? Or a step back? In my opinion the QC 35’s are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn. I thought the 700’s would be just as, if not more comfortable than the QC35’s but to me they are not. Here is why. The QC 35’s have a wide headband that distributes the weight of the headphone over a wide area. The 700’s have a narrower headband and after a short while I find myself repositioning them because they start to irritate the top of my head. The headband is too narrow in my opinion. Also, the ear cups on the 700’s look like they are the same size as the QC’s but again, after a short time I find myself moving the ear cups because they hurt my ears. I’ve noticed a bump in the ear cup of the 700’s which pushes right against my earlobe. I removed the liner to see what it was and there is a shield of some sort over the speaker with a pronounced ridge on it that sticks up quite a bit and presses against the ear. The 700’s also feel a bit heavier then the last model and you feel it after awhile. The headband also has more spring action than I’m used to and presses the cups to your ears tighter. It’s too much pressure I think. However, after wearing them for a couple of weeks, it feels like they have broken in a bit and seem to definitely be more comfortable. But, still not as comfortable as the QC 35 2’s..
The are a good looking pair of headphones and the touch sensors for volume/pause/next track are really nice. Easy to find and also easy to accidentally bump. The case is a nice case as always and should provide adequate protection when put in a suitcase or backpack. What about the sound! Well, they do sound a bit better than the QC35II. There is more bass and it’s a nice punchy rich bass. Not an overpowering bass and it seems to be just the right amount. The highs and mids sound great and overall the headphones will get much louder than the QC versions. I’ve noticed at higher volumes the sound starts to mush a little and just seems, loud, and loses some of the clarity and seems to sound a little like a small radio turned all the way up. But, they are louder. Much louder.
The noise canceling is absolutely superb! I love it! Seems better than the QC’s for sure..
Should you upgrade to the 700’s?? In my opinion maybe...there isn’t a huge difference overall....It’s really really hard to beat the QC 35’s and while the 700’s have some nice features I don’t think they are better than the QC35’s. You might feel different though. I think the 700’s are actually a step down and I probably would not upgrade knowing what I do now about them.

Hey Chuck!
Thanks for leaving us a review. Glad to hear that you loved many of the headphones features, and feel that the touch controls and noise cancelling ability make them worthy of an upgrade from the QC35's!
I would also love to forward on your feedback about the design and fit of the headset.

Great Headphones

These headphones are awesome. For reference - I have a Samsung Galaxy phone and they paired easily. Also note: I am no audiophile expert. I am only a causal user who happens to loves music and use headphones everyday - I'm not going to get into any technical specifications
The headphones come with a nice case and are foldable so they can easily be stored. There is a compartment in the case for the charging cord. First off, I love the design. Very high quality feel to them and they are very minimalist and sleek. I like the way you can easily adjust them. They are padded and very comfortable to wear. The ear cups are large and don't hurt my ears. They do get a little uncomfortable after long periods but I have a big head and wear glasses.
Secondly, the sound quality is amazing to my amateur ear! Really crisp and clear. Smooth sound and perfect amount of bass. No need to adjust the Equalizer levels on your device to get a better sound. The call quality is fantastic. Super clear - I could perfectly hear the other party and they could easily hear me without me having to yell into the microphone.
The noise cancelation also works super well, you can adjust the settings between 1, 5 or 10. 10 is the highest and probably best for travel, especially on airplanes. 1 is good for just everyday activity and 5 is good for somewhat noisy environments but when you still need to be aware of the ambient surroundings. The touch controls are really cool. Very easy to skip or replay songs or play/pause. Makes the design more simplistic because you don't have to worry about a ton of buttons and figuring out which does what.
I did download the app but I didn't find much use for it, you can use it to play the music on your device but I didn't find it essential. I also wish the instruction booklet was a little more clear about how to use the headphones; it didn't really provide much information and I had to look it up. They are fast to charge but the charge doesn't see to last as long as expected, then again I stream a lot of music and videos.
Overall, I give these an overall 8/10. Very solid noise canceling headphones with great sound quality and cool, lightweight design.

Exceptional Sound Quality with True Noise Cancel

I am in love with my new Bose Headphones and its performance can easily defeat every other headphones available in the market. These are comfortable and superior noise cancellation with exceptionally good quality of sound, I can easily catch every small detail of my songs. Design of these headphones is stylish and comfortable even after wearing hours it doesn’t hurt.
1. Adjustable Noise Cancellation Feature – Its next generation noise cancellation and undoubtedly stronger than any other headphones. Once music is playing you hardly hear any other noise. I think even more impressive than the maximum noise cancellation mode is “level 0” of noise cancellation. This makes it great to hold a conversation without taking your headphones off.
2. Easy Swipe Gestures for Play, Pause, Stop, accept and reject Calls – In the start was thinking how and where I can control but when I connected to Bose app, I felt really surprise of its Swipe gestures which is like cherry on top.
3. Stylish Curvy Design – Pretty comfortable design and light headphones, sometime I completely forgot that I am wearing these
4. Easy setup – This is an important step as when you connect with Bose Music App then only you will understand these headphones completely
5. Last but not least Amazing Sound – catch every single detail of the music which you can hardly notice in other headphones.
