I got a CPAP machine. While reasonably quiet, there is enough noise when I breathe to cause some restlessness. With this, I can select ocean breaking on the beach, a marina, or rain forest which complements the breathing. I drop right off. I have the app only run for an hour. There is an alarm which you can set so you can be woken up with the plugs in the ears. This is not for playing your music, the app loads 5 to 10 second sound bytes into the buds, then loops them. Which means you don't have to wait for the download. It's there immediately. I have yet to run out of memory on the buds.

Very simple to set up and the noises available are calming and plenty of options. The sit comfortably in my ears. They’re great for traveling where sleep can sometimes be difficult especially planes or buses.

After finally pulling the trigger on this item I couldn’t be more pleased. They do what they were supposed to do. I live on a very busy highway and sometimes the noise will wake me up in the middle of the night. These earbuds give me a number of different options of sounds and a type of white noise that really helps not only keep the sounds of my environment out, but also allow me to hear my phone ring. It actually helps with my tinnitus as well and that’s a bonus! The best part is that you can sleep on your side without any problem with the earbuds falling out. Very good product

These work very well to cancel out surrounding noise. There are time when they will not charge the way they are supposed to but if you try to charge them every day it is not an issue.

I'm still within my 45 day return policy and can't decide. They fit good. Sometimes they lose seal. Not many sounds. Issues with charging. Sync issues depending on the order you remove them from the case. The good...I sleep better. When they work. I used to use ear plugs and I like the lack of waste I was creating. Hoping after a few updates they will improved. Not your typical bose quality product

Through the years, I have either owned or gifted more than 25 Bose products...big and small. Until now, I have been more than satisfied with Bose. The noise cancelling earbuds work great when there are no charging issues. Out of the box, the left one was difficult to charge, but after doing all of the steps suggested on Bose support site, they performed well for a while. Within weeks, however, the left began having more and more charging issues. I tried everything on the help and Bose community sites (and learned there a LOT of issues with charging) and even called Bose support (when I could get thru or was not cut off when I did). Finally, after less than six months of ownership, I gave up and returned them to Best Buy and cashed in my extended warranty. After the exchange was rung up and the Best Buy folks were getting me the new pair of earbuds, I noticed that a tiny magnet that affixes the left one to the charger was missing. I went ahead with the exchange because when they work they help me sleep, and was weary of dealing with Bose. When I got home and read some more about charging problems, I learned this was a known issue. Bose support should have recognized the issue and shipped me a new pair – instead, I am out the out of my extended warranty. Best Buy did a terrific job, but Bose has dropped the ball on this particular product. intermittently

These are very comfortable and comes with a slick charging case with a built in battery so it doesn't have to be plugged in all the time to recharge the ear buds. They have a about 10 options for the blocking noise you can listen to and they do a good job of blocking out the husbands very loud snoring. They won't stream music or anything from your phone. I read the reason they're so small and light is because they don't do this. They're white and tiny so if you have white sheets it's easy to misplace them. They'd be a pricey item to end up in the washing machine.

I waited for a long time to buy these because I thought at this price, these should at least convert to regular earbuds during the day. However, after a few good nights of blocking out the snoring person next to me and finally getting some uninterrupted sleep, I realized the benefit of having the sounds stored on the buds so my phone battery was not draining and streaming sounds all night. These sit comfortably but I do sometimes take them out during the night without realizing it and have to search for them in the morning.

I chronically have used foam ear plugs in the past because night noises wake me up easily. I purchased these buds to see how they compare with wearing ear plugs- they are much better! The app is easily to use and allows me to customize the sounds I listen to while sleeping and the alarms that wake me up. They fit easily in my ear and have not fallen out while I sleep. I would highly recommend to anyone for sleep. Not sure if they would be loud enough or fit well enough to be noise blocking for normal business during the day.

Love these sleep pods, I usually use form earplugs to drown out snoring and noise. I love the sounds that play through these and very comfortable to sleep in all night!

Works as planned. Could be a little louder, but seem to block out noises well and block most of the snoring and other noises. They seem to fit well and stay in all night.

Everything about these should be amazing.The Pros: As noise silencing ear buds they are wonderful. The noise machine app activates them as soon as you open the charging pod. It's light and compact and easy to travel with. The Cons: ridiculously expensive ear plugs. You can not sleep alone with these in because you'll never hear an alarm or emergency alert. I would give these 5 stars if I could listen to music with them.

Definitely helps you sleep fast with little to no background noise. The tracks are pretty good and comfortable to sleep to. The bad side is sometimes they fall out and get lost under the bed, not very often though. One last issue is they are so small you don't notice them, but after a while your ears hurt a bit... Maybe after a long long sleep. Overall, good, but not worth the price... Maybe bring the price down to 100-150.

These buds are a perfect size for side sleepers. Latest firmware update added more sounds butnthey are way overpriced. They work but not worth that much money.

I purchased this product because my husband snores. It does work for that, but I have found several other purposes. I take these with me all the time when I travel. They help with sleeping in hotels where the noise could be loud and also I use them on long plane rides when I'm trying to sleep and my Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones are too large and cumbersome for sleeping. These fit well within the ear so laying on your side is not an issue. I would recommend.

These are comfortable and have an easy to use app, however not five stars bc the noise masking has to be turned up to a rather high volume to work well

I was sceptical spending that kind of money on earbuds. I love them. I have not woken up from hubs snoring or roosters crowing since I have used these. The alarm is great and the different choice soothing noises are great. I don't notice them in my ears at all, the first night I noticed them but since then no.

I bought the Bose Sleepbuds for my wife due to my snoring. She has tried everything, ear plugs, a sound machine, a pillow wall and using the AC unit to block my snoring, but she would still have a restless night. With the Bose Sleepbuds she is sleeping great and does not hear me snore at all. She just loves this product. They are very comfortable and I cannot ever remember her being able to sleep this well. This is an EXCELLENT product. Thank you BOSE...

Took a chance that these would do the trick, and they delivered. They are comfortable (unlike typical ear plugs). They are especially good at masking outside noises, such as street traffic. They are not as effective for close range noise suppression. For instance, they will mask TV sound in the same room, but only if the volume is relatively low. Helpful to mask snoring as well. Overall, thrilled with the purchase.

I got these as a last resort to help with tinnitus and sleeping. Being a Cold War vet, who used hear protection as much as possible, I still developed ringing in one ear. It has gotten so bad I turned to these as an option to counter this issue. They really are helping me get more sleep. I do wish they would update software or firmware to play music, but until then, I will simply use the one sound that includes music in it. These are pricey, but worth it if you need something to help you get the recommended 7 hours a night.
