Easy to use, very convenient on an airplane. It blocks all the noise from around me, I even didnt know a baby was crying until somenone point it out.

Wanted something for air travel. Have used my daughters Bose noise reduction headphones but greatly prefer these as they are so much less bulky - take up a lot less room in my carryon. I perceive the noise cancellation to be better too

Bought them for a flight to Ireland. Excellent in cutting down on cabin chatter and reducing air plane noise. Very comfortable during the whole flight.

Having purchased Quiet Comfort 2 and 3 earphones, found the 20 works just as well without the bulky case to tote them. Only disadvantage is the on/off button too close to plug in. Slight touch pulls out the cord easily. An otherwise great buy.

I have had the same NC earbuds from Bose for over 4 years. Prior to these I had regular Bose earbuds and great quality as well. I have been a boss customer for 20 years and never been a disappointed customer. Bose stands behind product regardless of retail location. These are a great item and well worth the investment. You aren't buying the hyped name but a quality product that has been around for its innovation and technology in sound. Although I am not saying new sound technology hasn't come out Bose is still a great product.

I have never used noice canceling headphones before this pair. Very impressed, especially on planes or crowded areas. I wish I had sprung for the wireless, but these work great. Battery seems to last a really long time.

I bought this for plane rides and sleeping with snoring roommates. I don’t like over the ear type headphones , and really like Bose so I got these; they don’t block out 100% of noise, but they work well for plane noise and snorers. Would definitely buy again.

I could argue that not earbuds or over the ear earphones, including the new Bose 7000, provide Better noise cancelling. I recently purchased these being the first wided buds in several years. It was just awkward using a cord. I would have kept them for certain circumstances but learned that boar just release their true wireless ANC buds. Therefore, I returned them. Surprised and disappointed that there was not deal or price break on this product knowing that it was headed towards becoming obsolete.

Still a great product. My second pair and the first lasted for quite some time before the wires gave out

I bought these after a friend shared his during an airline flight. First time I wore them for an entire flight I was completely amazed at how relaxing the trip was without the heavy noise levels. Exposure to high noise levels actually results in fatigue. Not any more! Now my flights are actually refreshing, and I'm able to be more productive during the flight. Warning: when wearing them, you will not hear your spouse calling you or talking to you. This can lead to an insult or injury! (May need to get a pair for him/her).

Listening to music and movies is good. Noise canceling is fair to good.

Just returned from a 13 hour overseas flight. These headphones were fantastic. Super sound and very comfortable. Expensive but great.

These earphones are phenomenal. You truly cannot get better sound for this price range. The ear tips fit perfectly, and the lithium battery does not weigh very much. They're light, easy to take with you everywhere, and have stellar noise cancellation. When purchasing I did have a little buyer's remorse, simply because I didn't pick up the qc 30s. It may be worth it to pay the extra $50 for their wireless counterpart, but I was able to purchase these at $200, so the extra $100 didn't justify the wireless feature.

I fell like the sound is great though I have to turn it up higher than I thought I would. The noise cancelling doesn't seem quite as good as advertised. The cable is going to break one day near the rectangular battery box.
