Bose has proven to have the best noise canceling technology for sound listening products. I have had the over ear headphones for 10 years and when the ear buds came out I had to have them too. Amazing noise canceling technology. I can even sleep with them on when I am in a hotel or Rv near a highway. Absolutely no highway traffic sounds get in to disturb sleep.

I recently traveled to Chicago without my QuietComfort 20s. I became acutely aware of the absence. I purchased another set for my flight home thankfully. The background noises of the jet engines and an unhappy child were relegated to memory once I turned the noise cancelling on. I will never travel without them if I can help it.

Great headphones. They are comfortable, have great noise cancellation and excellent sound.

I travel a lot and have an older pair of Bose on ear headphones, which work great. Recently my wife started traveling more so I decided we both needed a pair so took a chance on these because of all the positive reviews. I wore them to multiple flights spanning 37 flying hours and these little earbuds worked great. With or without music the noise cancellation is better than my original pair.

If a product doesn't work well with an iPhone I question its existence in this world. The other headphones did not, these do. The sound cancelation software is quite effective. Great battery... Perfect for the long flights.

The noise cancelling on these headphones is fantastic. Bose truly makes fantastic NC headphones. But for that price, I'd also like headphones that sound really good. In that aspect, these headphones were a huge miss for me. The sound is so mediocre and I hated even trying to listen to music on them. ALSO, word of advice, noise cancelling headphones are best for cancelling out constant background noise such as an airplane, a vacuum cleaner, etc. They are not good for muffling out people talking next to you or little children. I would recommend into isolating headphones if that's what you're looking for.

I share an office with my boss who yells when he talks and it’s distracting... bought these, put em in my ears, turned on the ANC and could barely hear him! I was truly blown away. I just wish they were wireless cause I’ve pulled away from my desk without remembering that they were connected to my phone and cracked it but other than that I love these headphones!

I fly twice a week and using these head phones on the plane has been amazing. I use them when I want to sleep or if I have work to do. It definitely drowns out the noise and allows you to concentrate on your work or not to be disturbed if your are trying to sleep.

Comfortable and sound fantastic on an airplane. I would recommend for any traveler.

These are the second pair as the first pair after many years of use have finally quit working. They do what they are made to do which is cancel noise. Great for air travel, truly eliminate engine and mute passenger and flight attendant noise while listening to podcasts, music or airline entertainment. A must if a frequent air traveler as far as I am concerned.

These are the BEST earbuds of all! Great for the gym, the airplane...use with my iPhone and iPad. When they say noise cancelling they mean it! I've purchased for multiple members of my family, especially great for travelling. Well worth the money!!

Love these earbuds! Great isolation of outside noise! Used them on a plane trip and it was so nice not to hear all the people and airplane noise.

I really like this product. Keeps all sound out and is very comfortable.

The noise reduction is great, so is the sound (comparing with all in-ear headphones; not with other bigger ones). What I do not like is the bulky square unit hanging on the wire which is a controller (and power) for the noise cancellation function. Hope Bose will have the next generation that find an innovative way to remove it from the wire-gangling but integrate it to somewhere else.

These certainly aren't convenient to run with, and I wouldn't want to get then sweaty, either, but on an airplane, they do a phenomenal job of cutting down the noise and make it so much nicer than other options. Sound quality isn't the best for normal listening, but the noise cancellation more than makes up for that in loud settings. I hope I never have to fly without them :)

These headphones are very comfortable to wear and have excellent sound quality.

I have used Bose products my entire life and these wired earbuds do not disappoint. I use them on flights and they work perfect. The noise canceling is a must and the sound quality is top of the line for earbuds. If you are looking for quality wired earbuds you found them.

I own or have owned dozens of different Bose products. This includes noise cancelling and "bud" styles. These continue to improve performance. These work excellent in noisy environments.Better than even previous Bose models. I tried less expensive options but came back to Bose. These are replacing a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones that I used for over 15 years.
