I’ve owned a set of these for a couple of years, and just bought a pair for my wife. They are amazing at canceling noise, sound great, and are comfortable enough that I can use them nonstop on long flights. (I’ve used them for 9 hours straight without discomfort.). I got these to replace my over-the-ear Bose headphones I used for many years, and these are a major upgrade.

These are amazing. My husband has comfort headsets but the are too tight on my head. These are perfect. Quiet and the slant design is just the right fit! Noise canceling was better than his!

Awesome for my purposes, which is to use noise canceling when airborne. Noise canceling on these is superior to other headphones I have tried, and sound quality is fine. Like the small size and battery life as well. Overall, excellent product.

I previously had some Sony noise-cancelling earbuds and when they finally gave up, I thought these were a bit expensive. But then I tried them and... wow, they are so incredibly good! 10x better than the previous earbuds! I've now worn these on 10+ hour flights to/from Europe, as well as cross country and they are incredibly comfortable and really reduce the stress of traveling. It's easy to hear movies or music on the flight, and because they're quite small it's possible to sleep in them without discomfort. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Got them for her for a trip to India, so she wouldn't have the noise and could relax and sleep on the flights. She really didn't even listen to music on them much, just used them for the noise cancelling function and the worked very well! She really liked these over the large over-the-ears Bose headphones as these were more comfortable, especially if she wanted to lay her head to the side. Plus they are so much easier to pack. These were not cheap, but worth every penny!

Very pleased! In today’s world of travel, I need something light, long lasting and easy to connect. These noise cancelling headphones does the job. It has excellent battery life and plugs into most airline entertainment systems. It does a very good job of canceling loud noise and is very lightweight and easy to store in a pocket. Sure, I need to carry a few small adapters for my phone and iPad. But they fit in the included pouch.

The earbuds do cancel out loud background noise. The adjustable ear pieces are very comfortable. The carrying case is convenient. Over all I am VERY pleased with my new

Bose® - QuietComfort® 20 Headphones are one of the best Bose product's till date. The amount of Base, Trebble provided by these headphones for all kinds of music are just unmatchable. Noice Cancellation provided is simply more than expected. QC20's fit perfectly in the ears without jamming the ears unlike other in-ear models. Bose QC20 is Highly recommended by me. Best Buy sales man was very technically sound in explaining the product which helped a lot in finalizing on this model.

Treated myself to these headphones that I selected based on Bose reputation and user reviews on several sites. They are easy to figure out, lightweight and I'm looking forward to testing them out on my next flight.

I purchased these as a replacement for an identical pair I lost. I have a pair of the wireless Bose Quiet Control 30's as well, and the convenience of the Bluetooth is great, but the QuietComfort 20's offer a noticeable improvement in ambient sound control and they are lower profile in the ears. I use these when riding my motorcycle to listen to music and for intercom communication, and the additional ambient sound suppression makes a significant difference and, with a properly (tightly) fitted motorcycle helmet, the shallow profile and the nature of the ear mold enables the earpieces to be retained in the ear better than anything else I have found. I also use them when using power tools, both woodworking, carpentry, and chainsaw. The high intensity of noise from the chainsaw requires earmuffs over the 20's to work well, but that is the only circumstance where I have found them to not work well as a stand-alone device. I would not want to have to live without them. I also have a pair of Sony WH1000MX3 over the ear muffs to use when my ears get sore from hours of wearing the 20's, but they are not nearly as effective at ambient noise suppression as any of the in-ear models.

Really have enjoyed the quality and comfort of these earphones. The noise cancelling ability is fantastic and they work great on airline flights. They're very expensive put you get a great product for your money.

Very comfortable earbuds. Noise reduction is good but not as strong as my Bose QC 35 headphones. Battery charge lasts a long time. You can still use them in regular mode after the battery is exhausted. You can hear the music when you are mowing the lawn which I can’t do with regular earbuds.

The Bose QC20 noise canceling headphones undoubtedly represent the best technology you can get. Precision sound, comfortable ear buds that actually stay in place, and noise canceling capability that is close to the over-the-ear models by Bose. These noise canceling headphones are convenient and so easy to use, you can also sleep with them. I would highly recommend them for daily use, particularly as a better, lightweight alternative if you travel frequently.

Unbelievable quality and fit. Simply amazed that ear buds could have complete noise reduction. Purchased for air travel and well worth the investment.

This is our second pair. I bought a pair for my wife a few years ago and she got me my own pair this year (probably because I kept stealing hers). I'm not an audiophile but the sound is great. They do a good job of shutting off outside noise so you can listen in noisy places without having to blast the volume. It charges using a mini-USB and the battery will last up to 6 hrs. They are very comfortable to wear and aren't as bulky as the over-the-ear models.

These headphones work great to block out noise while studying in loud places. Definitely worth it. And I love how the ear buds stay put in my ear

I travel frequently on planes and these are the perfect size to carry and use whenever I need them. I also use them on the subway and it keeps out the terrible screeching noises from the trains.

These earbuds have it all...comfort, amazing sound, and unbelievable noise-cancelling ability. Just be careful not to break the plug when using on a plane (I learned that one the hard way).

I use theses when traveling and they are great for canceling noise whether I am watching a video or trying to sleep. They have made in flight travel so much more comfortable! I use to get headaches from the airplane noise, but not anymore! Thank you Bose!

These earbuds are very comfortable to wear for a long periiod of time. The noise cancelling of these earbuds leads to a wonderful sound that you would expect from Bose.
