80% for music on the plane, 20% to ignore people when you don't want to listen to them. Bose products are fantastic.

Works and sounds great on the airplane, as there is a lot of ambient noise, and your not moving around much. I don''t use these when Im out and about though, due to the attached noise canceling module.

You can't go wrong with Base. Compared these with Beats and these sounded best.

These headphones do a great job of keeping out distracting noise, so I can clearly hear the music and movies while traveling.

These are awesome . Sound amazing . I highly recommend these .The noise cancelling feature is amazing . Well worth the price .

Pros: - Sound is exceptional. True deep base where needed, Dolby & surround sound effects come to life. Used with PS VR and the feel was out of world. - Noise cancellation works amazingly well. Comparable to Bose QC 25 - Microphone: Seems to be working fine as nobody has complained over call or FaceTime yet. Cons: One and only one but a deal breaker for me There is a rectangular flattish kind of "Control module" barely 4 inches away from the headphone jack. You literally have to hold the control and device (phone/tablet) if you want to use this headphone. This is super impractical and unusable. Actually pretty dumb of Bose to have done this. If only they had thrown in longer length (even a feet or two) I could have lived with it. Now it's not just the short length, but even the fragility. Given it's 4 inch and you have to have a bend to pack in provided pouch or if you want to hold in hand or pocket, this cable (like 18gauge speaker wire) is going to give up and break. Just a matter of time. And so, sadly, I have to return it even though I love the sound. Disclaimer: Avid Apple & Bose fan. My comparisons were based on Bose QC25 and Beats X (2017 model), both with iPhone 7 & iPad Air.

These work great for during my work virtual meetings

This pair of earphones is very useful in the flight. It can reduce most of noise onboard. However in quiet environment, a background hiss is audible. Hopefully it can be improved in next generation.

I’ve had these now for about a month and so far they’ve exceeded my expectations. Weird that they hardly ever need charging and I use them every day. The fit is perfect and the noise isolation is great. I did feel the price was a little high but I think 5 crappy products can’t beat 1 excellent and Best Buy as well as Bose are fantastic companies as far as customer support goes so I knew if they didn’t work out, I could just exchange them or get my money back.

My daughter loves these headphones. The noise counseling that you can turn on and off works better than we expected.

I was truly surprised by the noise cancelling capability of these earbuds...probably better then my over-the-ear version

Use these mostly when I travel by plane. Awesome, cuts out all the noise and chatter around, have made flying more enjoyable!

Looking to replace Bose QC15. QC20 is great. Comfortable when sleeping on the plane. Not as cumbersome as the QC15.
