Recently purchased the Bose - QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones. I already owned the Bose Noise cancelling headphones for over three years and was quite satisfied with their performance. I kept on putting off the purchase to get these earphones - primarily due to it's price. Purchased them about three weeks ago and found the sound quality to be superb. Noise cancellation is among the best that I have experienced. I own several noise cancelling headsets and earphones, however these do deliver as promised. If funding is not an issue I suggest purchasing these earphones. I use mine with my android phone, Samsung Note Edge and works flawlessly. Cheers!

I had been trying to find the right combination of earphones that could help with taking important business calls on the run, offer NC for travel, and serve as good headphones while on the go. I found it all here. NC is great and the in ear comfort is terrific. The NC pack is small enough to keep pressed up against my phone in the pocket so it is not troublesome at all.

100% the best earbuds i have ever used. Noise cancelling is so good its almost disorienting at first but it's amazing. Price is high of course but so i quality. I use these for music on my phone as well as PC gaming. The quality for gaming is great. You can hear clearly where anyone is at in FPS games. If there is anything negative to say it's that there isn't an option to mute yourself like with most headphones made for gaming but these are made for more than just gaming. In the games I play you can easily switch to "push to talk" vs "open mic" so it doesn't bother me and won't effect my overall rating. They come with different size rubber ends to fit your ear specifically. I can game with them all day and they feel great. They come with a button that puts them in "aware mode" that stops the noise cancelling feature so you can clearly hear what is happening around you if needed and it works really well. Overall if price is not as much of a worry for you then I would definitely choose these Bose headphones. You won't be disappointed.

I have tried several in-ear headphones but they don't fit well in my small ear canals. These provide perfect fit. I enjoy great sound quality with ease of portabilibility.

I use these small noiseless headphones for airplane travel and find they are the best quality I have used. Compact size with great sound make it perfect for travelers.

Purchased for long flights, will be flying soon and my limited use seems to verify that they work well in eliminating noise. Also they are light and comfortable.

I work in a call center type environment, very busy, fast paced, demanding. I tried wireless bose headphones (HP) - sounded really good, comfortable, but the battery life was not good enough. I need a set of HP that i put in for the whole day and only fiddled with them when taking them off or putting them back on. I had to recharge the wireless half way thru the day. I tried a less expensive Bose wired HP and it wasn't comfortable, and it was like it was just resting near my ear canal, which distorted the sound a bit and allowed the noise from fellow workmates and their calls and conversation mixed in with the music. The reason i had to get a new set of HP was my 4 yr old Bose HP wore out. One speaker, the one i have in all day, stopped working. So i wanted an upgrade i thought. Boy was i wrong (see above). I took those back and went for these. Yes i spent more than i was hoping to, but sometimes its worth every penny. And i can honestly say that is the case here. The comfort, the way it fills the canal, shutting it off to outside noise, the sound quality. I was back to where i have been for the past four years and hope to get at least that much if not more.

I travel a lot and wanted to have some headphones that shut out the excess noise but did not take up the space of over-ear models. I gave these a try with the hope they might be an OK substitute. I was stunned by how well they worked, how long they lasted and how easy they were to travel with... they are worth it, even at that price.

I bought these as I was about to do an extensive amount of traveling. I didn't want to be carrying a large set of headphones just to have noise cancelling, so I chose the Bose. These have performed exceptionally well from international commercial flights to military flights that do very little in the way off buffeting sound. Don't expect these to completely kill that level of noise but it definitely makes the flight noise manageable. Overall, these are great for travel and excel in places where you just want to get away and enjoy your music.

These headphones are way too expensive, however very much worth it if you are willing to splurge. The noise cancelling feature is great!

Replaced my QC15 with these. These QC20's are GREAT!! Having such a great run with my QC15's, I decided to purchase these only due to the size and my desire to carry a smaller carry-on thanks to my dear airline friends..... My QC15's are still rocking after 5+ years, and I am not letting them go. I am using these QC20's on planes all of the time, and cannot tell the noise cancelling difference between these and the QC15's. Highly recommend, you will not be sorry.

These Bose 20 Headphones are excellent for travel as they fit in a small case. The Noise Cancelling is really good especially on airplanes. Battery life is good as well. I can use them with my cell phone as it has a built in speaker. They also are very comfortable to wear, no pressure on the ears.

I love Bose products, for years now. I bought these for traveling and critical audio monitoring. These 'buds' are easy to carry, sound is great, I don't know how you could make them this size and durable,but when you spend that much for ear-buds, you wish they were indestructible.......a little caution is working for me thus far. I recommend.

I love these earbuds. They offer typical high quality sound I have come to expect from Boston speakers. Additionally, I was really surprised with how effectively they remove outside noise, allowing me to focus on what I want to hear. I have two negative items to point out; 1) the control box, which is about the size of an iPod Nanos, it inconvenient and somewhat cumbersome. 2) a wireless set of earbuds would be ideal. Overall though I would recommend them and I can't wait until I get to use them on a flight. These seem to me to be the perfect travel companion to my new Microsoft Surface.

For such a small earbud, it does a great job at noise cancellation. They are also much more comfortable than the over-ear headphones. These are so much easier to travel with because of the small size as well.

I really enjoy these. The Noise Cancellation works amazingly good. I wish these were wireless though. The plug and wires are a bit thick. But they are great quality. Music has rich Bass and Treble and mid range.

I bought these to replace the Bose noise cancelling headphones I had for travel. They work even better than the headphones - and they fit in my purse!! I used them recently on an international flight, was able to sleep with them in without any problems - and still enjoyed the quiet hum instead of all of the normal background noise usually on an airplane. I liked them so much I recommended them to my husband, and now he has stopped traveling with his headphones...these are the best - and though pricey, pay off in the long run.

These earbuds are outstanding. I have the Bose iE2s for exercise and everyday listening. I also have an older pair of the Bose over-ear noise canceling headphones. The Quiet Comfort 20s are by far the best for comfort, portability, and effective noise cancellation. Wish they weren't quite so expensive, but in the end they're worth it.
