I was in the market for a set of wireless over-the-ear headphones with ANC. I researched several brands and models and decided to give the Bose QC 35 II a try. The headphones are built well and are very light weight. The padding on the head band is soft and comfortable. The ear cups are made of memory foam and covered in synthetic leather. The volume and multi function control buttons are easy to access. As for noise cancellation and sound quality these headphones are top notch. If you are looking for a nice set of wireless ANC headphones give the Bose a try. You won't be disappointed.

I've had the QC3 headphones since they come out. I really liked them and still work great. My iPhone 7 Plus doesn't have a headphone jack, which really interested me. Not having a cord to worry about tangling up is very helpful. I'm on call and use my work cell (Samsung S8+ currently). Having freedom to work without hold the phone or the cord being the way makes things easier.
* I haven't used the Google Assistant feature yet
* Great sound even with it being Bluetooth vs cord
* Very comfortable to wear for long periods
* Buttons/controls work and easy to use while wearing

Love the sound quality and noise cancelling abilities of these headphones. Excellent bass response and clean highs. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear with soft ear cups fitting snuggly around the ears. The battery life lasts about a full week of use before needing recharge which is great. Expensive but well worth it because of the excellent sound.

This is the first time I've ever spent more than $20 on a pair of headphones and man I am blown away. I bought these for work because I work 10 hour shifts as an orbital welder so I needed something to cancel out the loud noises around me and something that would be comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. This nails it on the head. They are durable and super comfy. The sound quality is superb as well, which is to be expected of Bose. The upgrade to these from the previous version is only worth it if you don't already have the QC 35. Otherwise it's a must buy.

These are great. I bought them after returning a pair of JBL Everest Elites that turned out to be awful, and I couldn't be happier.
These are lightweight, comfortable, and sound great. The noise cancelling works great. My only complaint is that the lack a little on the low-end compared to other headphones, but the overall sound quality is fantastic.

I buy Expensive headsets multiple times a year. Multiple drivers, in ear, 50mm drivers, over ear, all the big names, and even small sometimes.
Let me say having the noise cancel on a trip is a blessing on down time. It works, and in my instance it worked well. In transport with music/movies and even with nothing playing on it, it helps drown out any ambient noise leaving you in a quite theater, or in your bed with nothing around to bother you. Not even the annoying guy next to you at the office. lol
The battery my word, Let me tell you it last's for a long time. International flights from home to hotel/office no problem. 20+ hrs Is real I think.
Comfort, well they just made it work with my smaller head. (cap size 17 1/4 US) I think it would be fine on larger heads and even make the experience better.
I have not yet directly tested side by side with normal drivers without noise canceling technology just yet. But I would guess that they are lacking in the mid and bass end. Even plugged in. Don't get me wrong they sound great and the volume can go higher than I would use just wish there was a option to fine tune through bose app. ( I did adjust my sound later on my phones output)
Overall I would purchase again. And would recommend them.

Love these headphones. Very comfortable to wear. Very easy to use. You need to download the Bose app to be able to connect it to your phone or any device you use. Really don't mind. Also, very good with noice cancelation.

I purchased these headphones in 2019. I used them mostly to do my daily walks. The sound quality is fantastic, My low overall rating is for only the ear padding. It pulled away from the headphones in 2023! I am the only user and I am 67yrs old. I did nothing to make this happen. I want to purchase the new ones but afraid of the same outcome. The price is not a drop in the bucket! If this had not happen the overall rating would be 5 stars!

I have to say that i am impressed with the background noise cancelation. Also, the cushions are very comfortable. Sound is great too, although sometimes i wish i didnt have to increase the volume close to the middle of strengh for moderate sound play. I like the way the headphones retract so they can fit in the case. Its nice that bose also provided us with a case, charging cable as well as an audio cable incase you dont want to use bluetooth or incase you forgot to charge it. Also, i was able to easily get atleast 10 hrs continues play. Another good feature is that you can set the headset to auto turn off\go into sleep mode, if you do not use them. You can set different shut off times that you prefer. This way you can keep the battery from running out to fast. Another good feature is that you can just slide the bluetooth button slightly and it will connect to your device. You do not have to constantly turn on\off.

I LOVE these. They are so much lighter than the Sony MX Blah blah blah. I have a neck disc condition and the other brand I mentioned we're too heavy and I got a sore neck after a half hour and I couldn't get them to keep on the noise cancelling when I wasn't listening to music or audio books.
I love that with Bose you don't have to have music playing for the Noise Cancelation to work. I can just have them on to block out the noise of a noisy apartment complex. And city subway noise. I will say this, if all you want is supreme music sound. Go with the Sony's. Bose is fine for me, Sony's can get too much bass for me, I listen to audio books anyway so it works for me. the noise cancelling I found to be the same on each pair I owned. Stick with the Bose they have the best!!!! Oh and I wear glasses, and it's fine, minute discrepancy in noise cancelling when I have my glasses off or on but I hardly notice it anymore. It's that tiny of a difference. I noticed it because I was frustrated with the other brand and wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. Which you will be if you buy these Bose headphones.

These are amazing and Bose is great! I purchased these headphones for their noise-cancellation abilities. I am an application developer and wear them at work because I am easily distracted. I don't even listen to music with them... they just cancel just about all background noise, including random chatter from the annoying marketing department. I also use them for WebEx and Skype calls with clients. The built-in microphone is great and the noise-cancellation is helpful during those calls as well. Battery life is extremely good. I can go an entire week without having to charge the headset. It comes with an 1/8" cable that will allow you to listen to music even when the batteries are dead. An added feature is that the bluetooth feature will allow you to connect to and hear audio from two sources at the same time. This is great if you want to connect to your iPhone and laptop at the same time.

The best noise cancelling headphones I`ve heard

Very good at cancelling mid and low frequencies, but slightly less at higher frequencies, those are more difficult to cancel for any headphone.
Still the best I`ve tested to date. Audio is excellent, powerful bass reproduction, but I like more so I boost the bass some on my music source. Some reviewers have stated that they feel the bass is somewhat lacking, these headphones are designed for true reproduction, if I want more bass I just add some on my player and they respond with all you want.

Bose Noise Cancelling headphones have been perfect for my needs. I like the comfort and fit. I use them at home to listen to audio books, music or shows on my tablet so others in the household can carry on with their own activities. I LOVE them on airline travel to not only drown out the cabin noise but to allow me to sleep on long flights. The battery charge is long lasting. I like that as soon as I turn the headset on, the little voice comes on and tells me "Battery at 100%." I can control the volume from either the device or the headset. Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear headphones are a hit for my needs!

I needed something to address a periodically loud office environment. I wanted an excellent Skype Headset, effective noise canceling, good sound and the ability to seamlessly connect to my computer and my iPhone. I tried quite a number of headsets/headphones and determined that these were the only ones that truly met my criteria. I thought I could save some cash and bought Sony's initially. They were decent as headphones, but they just weren't a great headset and didn't switch well between my phone and computer. The Bose just work... great... at everything. They are comfortable to wear for long periods. The battery is strong and charges quickly. The noise cancellation is fantastic. I've used them in the office, on planes, and in heavy trucks. My kids even fight over them in hotel rooms for snoring (not me of course). The headset functionality is very good. The microphone is filtered and it feeds some of your voice back into the earphones. It automatically switches between phone calls, music and Skype. Music and voice sounds very good. They just work!

I ended up returning these headphones without opening the box. It was a gift and the receiver did not feel the built-in google assist feature was something he would use. There is a Quiet Comfort I model that does not have the built in google assist feature. This will be a more practical gift and a little cheaper. These are expensive headphones, but as the saying goes: "you get what you pay for." The sound, and over the ear comfort feature vs. on the ear, are both phenominal.
