These are the best airplane and casual headphones I have ever owned. I would not recommend them for situations where you are exercising or moving around a lot because they do get warm. The noise cancelling drowns out all plane noise and they are the only headphones I fly with. Keep the cord handy so you can plug into the airline entertainment system in long flights.

The headphone is very comfortable and sounds great. However, the cord was wrapped and taped so tight that when I ripped opened the packaging, the cord was damaged and I had to purchase a new one.

Comfortable and love the noise cancelling for flights

My first pair of noise cancelling headphones, and first Bose purchase. Excellent battery life. Good sound quality. Not crazy about the control buttons, and the tiny mini jack for wired connection.

There are many competitors in the field. From Japan comes Audio-Technica, from Germany comes Sennheiser, from Austria comes AKG... Bose simply beats them in terms of active noise cancellation. There are some caveats, however. Sennheiser bests them in terms of straight-up sound quality and quality over Bluetooth (Momentum 2.0 Wireless), Audio-Technica gives more accesories (ATH-ANC9), and Sony does it cheaper but with less overall quality. Bottom line? If you're traveling a lot, work in a loud environment, or want ease of connectivity, get these.

These are lightweight very comfortable and the sound is magnificent

The noise cancellation works very well with these headphones. They work great at blocking out screaming babies and unruly children. I found them to be comfortable and very travel friendly.

These headsets are FABULOUS! I actually mow my lawn wearing these and can take a phone call wearing the headsets and the caller can't tell I'm mowing the lawn! Thought the previous generation was fabulous but these are far superior and the wireless feature is crisp and clear. Highly recommend!!!

I also have the Qc 25 Bose cancellation headphones but overall these sound better. The qc25s seem a little lighter and the earcups a little more comfortable but the convenience of wireless and the good sound of the 35s makes them better for me. The bass response is better on the 35s and the overall sound is excellent. I would buy these again and recommend to friends.
