Awesome sound and awesome headphones! The noise cancellation is amazing! The sound is amazing!! But it’s Bose so what do you expect! Easy to use app that you install for Bluetooth and headphones have a built in microphone!

I love this product! I do have a very noisy old A/C in my apartment and when I put this noise cancelling gadget it totally silenced the noise from the A/C. Totally a game changer! When I’m on it, I’m in a “Zen Zone”.

Great pair of headphones overall. I was initially worried about how tight the ear cups were on my head, but after a few days of use they loosened up. However, after a year of heavy daily use, one of the foam earcups broke open. Would highly suggest utilizing best buy's extended warranty option.

I really enjoyed the Bose Headphones the only thing that I didn’t expect was for them to slide down my head with certain movements. But besides that they are great for noise cancellation and work tremendously for every way of life.

Finally got it after a small shipping incident. Charged it after opening the box and now in the honeymoon phase. Will report more but bose has always been awesome!

Very good noise canceling which is what I was looking for. I love the app that comes with it that allows you to adjust the sound settings. I wish the battery lasted longer, but they do charge very fast! Portable and comes with a good case to carry them in.

The website needs to update to reflect this product is not water resistant. Even a little bit of sweat will damage the product. Only after wearing these headphones for one day, this is what happen to my new headphones, which became stained or reacted with my eyeglass metal. The discoloration is not able to be removed from the white leather. Works great with Zoom calls. The sound quality is great for drowning out loud talkers at school. If you are recording lectures, make sure you disable the headphones from your recording device otherwise, your lecture will not be recorded when the headphone is linked up. The Bluetooth connectivity is not so great when walking about in the large buildings around the campus with lots of crackling. Hopefully, Best Buy will accept my return on Monday or offer a replacement/exchange. The salesperson who helped me could have told me that staining would be an issue, and I would have purchased a different color. I had these headphones for less than two weeks and it is so discolored.

The active noise canceling is amazing. I work in a machine shop and they work flawlessly. the Sounds are vibrant and the surround sound is amazing. The EQ on the app is easy to work with and pairs very quickly.

I could tell this product is great nice sounds crisp, you want to buy this thing? don't hesitate, you can tell afterwards when you have this one. I would not hesitate to recommend this item. Along within a casing you don't need to buy for a casing though.

My girlfriend was wanting some new headphonr for her birthday so I got these! The color looked really clean and they are comfortable when wearing. She uses them as a gaming headset from time to time too! Great buy

These headphones are everything you're looking for. They are expensive but they're durable. Other headphones don't compare, makes college and studying a much better experience.

I really enjoy using the Bose headphones. Great quality sound. I did have an issue of the battery not recharging/ device would not turn on to operate even with charging all night. Bose had qualms replacing it with a new headset. I really appreciate that great customer service!

Man, these are just a tad more than other headphones in this class, but in my opinion, worth the extra few bucks. They're SUPER comfortable...the sound is tuned just perfectly, and I love that they have a USB-C port for charging them up. I even got an "open box excellent" pair...saved like $100, and quite honestly they're like brand new. Super happy! Thank you, BestBuy and Bose!
