I got these for my wife. Naturally, I had to try them out while setting them up on her phone. The sound quality, fit, comfort, and noise-canceling were all great. I have and use the AirPods Pro 2 daily. While both are great, I like the native Apple features of the AirPods Pro slightly more. That's not taking anything away from the QuietComfort Earbuds, these things were amazing.
She absolutely loves these and they were worth every penny.

I would give these buds only three stars but the noise canceling and audio quality are nice. As far as microphone goes, it's trash. People constantly on calls tell me they can barely hear me or it sounds like I'm in a bubble.. for a $300 pair of buds, it's very angering. The app that Bose has for these buds is one of the worst apps I've ever used, Sony has a way better app with a lot more customization than you can do on these, if that's something you're into I would recommend the Sony XM4 or XM5, because the app barely has anything that you can do with it. My favorite part of the headphones is the fact that if I want to switch from my tablet to my phone I have to go into the app and actually switch it it doesn't auto switch for you like almost every pair of headphones in the world does now. To be honest, I had a lot of expectations and Bose definitely disappointed. Lastly, the case that it comes in is also ridiculously big compared to everything else on the market.
Here's the good news, the sound quality is phenomenal and the noise canceling is honestly some of the best if not the best I've ever used. I considered returning these for the full 2-week period but ended up keeping them due to the fact that I've never had buds have such great active noise canceling.
If you're a buds enthusiast these might not be for you, if you're traveling a lot and really just want to focus on blocking out the world around you these might be for you.

Great quality. Sound is excellent! Pretty comfortable. LOVE NOISE CANCELING!!! Minor issues when case goes dead, headphones won't pair with phone. For small ears, they do slide out of ear sometimes. Great otherwise.

I would like to start by saying that I have purchased many buds in the past couple years and I've discovered that fit is most important when it comes to getting great sound from buds. When I placed these into my ears and they turned on, it was like the heavens opened up and angels began singing!! I do believe they have the best noise canceling on the market. I also noticed that if these fit properly, they are very hard to pull out due to the reversed rubber catch ring around the bud. You can shake your head and they stay in place. I was hesitating buying these due to the price but I definitely do not regret it! The only downside I can say about these is the app. You would think with such an amazing company they would have put a little more effort. A locator would have been nice as well like Skullcandy.

These earbuds are amazing! I use them for hours every few days and I have yet to charge them up less than two weeks apart from each charge! The sound is great, and it is very customizable. The earbuds themselves are extremely comfortable and they two are customizable beyond just the silicone tip.

Bose has nice sound along with the bass. Only thing is that it keeps disconnecting. I have to go to settings and undo the Bluetooth then start all over again to connect. I don’t understand why this happens, these things are very expensive and I’m not happy with this situation.

I am a long-time Bose user. I have worn through several pairs of their over ear headphones over the years. I am a musician and music teacher, so sound quality is high on my list of specs for headphones. These little guys do not disappoint.
For context, I have gone through a lot of true wireless earbuds (JBL, AirPods Pro, Status Between) and I always have trouble with fit. Unless there are over-ear hooks, I have never been able to get in ear wireless headphones to fit well, and you don’t get great noise canceling with ear hooks. They also get uncomfortable relatively quickly. I wore these for four hours straight the first day I had them, and they didn’t feel loose once. I was able to use the medium tips and wing straight out of the box, and the app checked the fit the first time I connected.
The aware mode is great when I am at home and have to listen for my kids or dog. The sound quality is great, and the Bose app can adjust the EQ. Different modes are available (up to four) in the Bose app for different levels of noise canceling. The touch controls are intuitive, and you can set the hold touch control to different things for R or L bud.
I was able to retain connectivity across my house and between floors while my phone was stationary.
This product is excellent, though a bit pricey, but the fit and sound are worth it for me.

Really solid earbuds, I use them at work. I weld, they are put through some pretty nasty stuff and seem to hold up a lot better than AirPods. The noise canceling is huge as I work in a very loud environment and only need them at half volume. Bose app is cool, but causes connectivity issues with Bluetooth, my solution was removing Bluetooth access from the app and the buds work flawlessly now. That is the reason for 4 stars.

So far this earbuds are the best I’ve ever had before, the noise cancellation on “quiet mode” is amazing, the best ever! Also I’m always wearing them on at work in “Aware” mode and I can hear perfectly to everybody when they talk to me without having to remove them. Additionally, the battery lasts forever!! I’ve had them for almost a month and I’ve charged them only once!

These headphones are great as far as the noise cancellation girls I feel like superior to others like Sony and Apple unless you get memory foam tips for your Sonys or Apples. They hurt my ears had to buy the additional tips, the rubber has some reaction that irritated my inside canal. Sound quality is great but the Connectivity absolutely SUCKS. It won’t pair to my iPhone or my laptop or it will then one cuts out none stop, doesn’t reconnect automatically once you’ve left your phone, sad for Bose to put out a product like this when none of their other headphones had similar issues. Returned them for AirPod Pros with the H2 chip. Especially if you can’t stand loud screaming or what not in transparency mode it blocks out anything so quickly and can’t block out for high frequencies sounds then Sony WF1000XM4 Buds or Bose Quite Comfort II earbuds.

Sound quality and bass is amazing right out of the box!! The size of the earbuds stay in the ear when walking. I do like the color that i chose, but it would be nice to have more color options. I had the sony earbuds for 2 years and the battery stop charging, so i purchase the Bose earbuds. The sony earbuds also didn't have any bass and the sound quality was a big disappointment.

I am blown away by the improvement in active noise cancellation from the original QC earbuds. I bought the original Bose QC buds when they came out. Very satisfied with them. I recently read initial reviews on the QC2 buds and decided to make the purchase. I am amazed! Get the right fit by adjusting the two part ear fitting design and the diminished outside world is fantastic! Sound is great! App is improved. While I was happy with the profile of the originals, these are considerably smaller. With some experimenting I landed on an ear fit combination that gives a great seal and is very secure.
Expensive, but you get your money's worth!

Probably the best ear buds I have ever bought to this date. The sound quality is crisp and BASS is great! Definitely zones me in at the gym especially with amazing noise cancellation. I have only charged the pod once since I got them 2 months ago. The battery life is impressive. The only negative I have was messing with adjustment pieces but after getting the perfect fit it has been smooth sailing with great music! IPhone compatible and super quick to connect. Great ear buds overall and will definitely recommend them!

This is my several times purchase at the Best Buy store. It must be admitted that the quality of the Bose 2nd edition is much better than the first, 1 : the shape of the design is smaller and trendy very suitable for the size of the ear 2 : the sound displayed is much better than the first edition 3 : quiet comfort really feels clear and quiet

I'm a Bose Guy, honestly the noise cancellation is my main focus. I think this is the best option in the industry for that. With regards to the fit, they are exceptional for an hour with no discomfort however working out I noticed some shifting and having to refit the buds in my ear. Overall not a big issue and they brought a high value. They are premium with the build the sensor system is readable and can be learned quickly. Connecting to devices was pretty straightforward and the audio quality was great as to be expected with a Bose product.

This product has changed my life when it comes to listening to music
Pros:
- Noise Canceling is INSANE! (You literally hear your own thoughts lol)
- Good bass and good clean and clear quality
- Great for phone calls and talking on the phone
- Outstanding battery life
- Very Fast and easy to connect your headphones
Meh:
- Case feels kind of cheap and flimsy at times (you can tell where all the effort... but hey for a set of headphones like these? I honestly can't seriously complain!)
- "Aware mode" is okay you can tell the mics are picking up your voice and the soundings vs how it is like other headphones where you can still hear but it's not bad!
Cons?:
- None so far that I have discovered with these
