And sound quality is good. I only marked 4 of 5 because I had a difficult time keeping them in my ears. ( a problem I get frequently) not good to use while running but also had problems just doing regular tasks around the house. They kept falling out. Be sure to get the protection plan in case you drop them and thymes break.

I bought them specifically for its noise-canceling feature. The quiet mode did not disappoint. At first, it was uncomfortable because it felt like the ear pressure you get during a flight. However, I was able to adjust pretty quickly. Switching from quiet mode to aware mode was also easy and convenient whenever I would like to hear my surroundings. The only other aspect that I found challenging is its connectivity. It can get a little glitchy when connecting with my iPhone and with my PC. Sometimes the connection drops despite putting the buds back in the case several times or disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth. However, when it does work, it is stable. This may just be happening because I frequently take off the buds to talk to my co-workers, so perhaps it cuts the connection off that way. Overall, I really like the quality of these earbuds.

But sound quality was great. I didn't like the bigger case it came with, and the lack of wireless charging case was also a downside for me.

to stop them not connecting the way that they should, I would recommend clearing your Bluetooth on the earbuds.
With the earbuds in the charging case and the case open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 15 seconds. Wait until the earbud's status light blinks white twice and then slowly blinks blue.
We also have a wireless charging case available for purchase on Bose.com
and then try to reconnect them with the Bose Music app.

Legendary Bose sound with noise cancellation you would not believe. My only knock would be the price at 299 is a bit much but if you can pay it, do it.

The battery last 5-6hrs with noise canceling on. But they have connection issues, if the battery isnt 100% they wont always connect to your phone.

I was very disappointed with the fact that you have to register them to take advantage of the Bluetooth tracking system if they got lost. Someone stole mine and I couldn’t use GPS to find mine vs if I had AirPods i could “find my” AirPods and I would know where my stuff is.

I accidentally washed my first set in the laundry. The first set actually outlasted the second set. I would’ve gave them a five if they had more volume.
