The case is flimsy and doesn't seem to meet Bose standards. Three months after the purchase, the right earbud stopped charging. I have to push it in a specific direction to allow contact with the case and start charging but it stops as soon as I stop pushing. One may expect to pay a lot for a Bose product but you don't expect to have issues with it.

They seem to struggle with syncing up though. About 50% of the time I have to pull them out, put them back in before they connect.

After a while they got very uncomfortable. I have always amazed at Bose, but these little pieces of technology blow my mind. Not only are they super comfortable, but they are probably the coolest little pieces of technology that I own. And sooo easy to use. I also have the over the ear quiet comfort headphones, but I use those for travel only. These bad boys I use everyday.

QC2...Yay or Naw?

I was up and running fresh out of the box after pairing. The sound quality in my opinion exceeds that of the original QC's and that's all I was looking for. However, while reading a review of the Apple Air Pods Pro2, I hope Bose will adopt similar features such as Spatial Audio, and Find my Earbuds in future products. In the meantime, if you're looking for quality sound, ease of use, and good ANC, I'll recommend the QC2s as your next purchase.
