Fit was weird and sound quality wasn't great. Also the battery life isn't much. Quiet comforts are way better

Good choice option for noise cancelling buds. I've owned AirPods pros, Sony XM4 (buds), Galaxy Buds and now these. AirPod Pros are the "worst" of the bunch in terms of quality and battery life. These are probably about a wash with the Sony buds. They each have slight wins over each other that will almost certainly be down to personal preference. With either you can't go wrong, for my ears these were more comfortable, both had WAY better longevity than AirPods. Highly recommend.

In love with the latest version of the Bose headsets. These are sleek and easy to use and have great sounds. I love how they fit easily within my ear, are extremely comfortable and provide great noise cancelation to have clear sounds.

I thought this was a very well designed item. It takes into account comfort, ease of use, sound quality, and size. Bose almost always knocks it out the park with their products.

The best sound quality I’ve ever had with these earbuds! The noise cancellation is also amazing. I had someone ask me something when they were only a couple feet away and all I could see was their lips moving- no sound! Highly recommend

I have smaller ears and found the air pods would create scabbing from the friction of my ear and the plastic but these feel great. Sound is what you expect from a Bose product top of the line. NC is great, only knock is how sensitive the touch controls are.

The noise canceling was excellent and the sound was great. I had to return them though because they would not consistently charge. I would put them in their case and next time I'd take them out it would tell me battery low. This was not every time but I travel for work and need them on the plane so when it didn't work it was extremely annoying.

Very good sounding. That’s what you would expect from Bose but not sure they are worth the price. Got for 249.99 when on sale

They sound great, but when placing them in the charger, they don't charge without fiddling. Gave it as a gift in addition to my purchase. We both have the same charging problems. They do sound good, but aren't reliable charging. Charger connection to the earbuds is horrible.

Excelent and surprising sound of this magnificent BOSE, another surprise of this manufacturer ! Highly recommended and if you are lucky enough to buy it with a discount do it immediately. I have this earbud since June 30, 2023

Bought these for my husband for Christmas. He LOVES THEM!! The sound is excellent he says!! He uses them all of the time (daily), he is an expert on sound for ear buds..

Love the sound…. Microphone on phone calls seems a little bit lacking from what people tell me… other than that I like them

They are certainly the best noise cancelong ive ever used. Ive tried many buds and will continue to test new products, but as for now (june 2023) they take the cake. The 4/5 stars is simply because of connectivity issues. Some of the time you wont be able to connect via Bluetooth and youll have to resync them to your phone. Kind of annoying considering the MSRP of these things. I have a Samsung S22 ultra btw, no reason for these consistent issues this long after launch. Get it together Bose.

I really liked these earbuds until the bluetooth pairing just stopped working about 6 months after purchase. I contacted Bose and am supposed to get a replacement pair asap. I like Bose and will continue to use their products but this was a little disappointing since my original QC earbuds lasted a long time and even took some serious abuse with no issues.

Typically I’m not one to complain but I ordered a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort II earphones last week and when they arrived I opened the package. The seal that Bose typically has was broken and there was a piece of tape keeping the box sealed over it. When I opened the earphones and began setting them up I quickly realized the earphones I was using were used. Someone had previously connected them to their Chromebook and their S20 phone. The earphones didn’t charge correctly. The left earbud wasn’t charging right. When I called the customer line there was little help. Friday on my day off, I had to drive over 2 hours to return them to my nearest Best Buy. I’m not one to go online and right a negative review but I’m pretty upset over this. I’m a loyal Best Buy customer and just feel like I should have received a new pair of earphones when that’s what I paid for. I’m not one to ask for much but some compensation (coupon code) towards a future Best Buy purchase would be nice to compensate for the gas it took me to return them.
