She has fallen in love wth them and has always them on. She loved the music especially that is much better than airpods. If you want a better sound, you cant go wrong with these.

This is the second time. In as many months. Support is complicated. Does not work well with Apple. You have to forget device then connect again. The second time nothing seems to work. Not worth over 200 dollars. When it does work sound is great.

I recommend unpairing and establishing a new connection with your device. It's also a good idea to make sure the buds are updated to the latest firmware via the Bose Music app.

Apparently I have pretty small ears, so most ear buds make my ears really sore within a few minutes. I can wear these for hours and have no issues. 10/10 absolutely recommend these!

However the app is not great and the buds have connection issues. I can not use just the left bud or it comes disconnected and I had to reset the budd multiple times to get them to stay connected at all.

My only problem is trying to use my finger to adjust the volume, ear buds are very sensitive and I either pause the music or change alert/quiet mode too easily.

Mine came defective with a very slight but noticeable buzz noise. The app for it is also very finnicky when it comes to connecting these to your phone. It doesn't always easily connect. It could also add more features such as wireless charging. Many earbuds in the price range has that meanwhile this doesn't.
