They were a replacement for my worn out Apple air buds. These exceeded my expectations! The noise cancellation is superb and sound quality is excellent! Would definitely recommend them.

Until I bought the noise canceling earbuds. Extremely awesome product. It is like I’m right there live listening to the band. Awesome product.

The custom noise cancelation and sound settings with different shortcuts by taping the ear buds makes them good for every situation and so easy to use.

Only issue is with its mic. If you are in a meeting or on a call, it will make your voice sound as if coming from tunnel and with full background noise. Ita onlt good for listening to songs to watch movies. Dont tske it if you are going to use it for calls. No update received so far from Bose related to it.

The main issue i had were they would srop producing sound. I would be watching a tv show and when a new episode would come on there would be no audio. The phone still show the earbuds were connected and audio was playing to them but no audio. I would have to put them into the case and wait at least 5 minutes before they would work right.

Sound quality and ANC were great but the compatibility with iPhone is a nightmare and it would keep disconnecting. Also, you can’t listen to anything unless you have the right bud in at all times. So if you want to only listen to the left one while the right one charges, you won’t be able to. Didn’t last very long, connectivity got worse around 6 months.

Please ensure that the Bose Music app is updated to the latest software version to initiate the update to the earbuds.
