They work great but if you leave them in the charger lile i did for an hour they no longer work. Im pretty upset at that. I tried all sorts of different earbuds bose, sony, beats. Im still trying to find the one that is both comfortable while sleeping and noise canceling.

Great headphones, horrible app
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the headphones, they have really good ANC, the aware mode is a 8 out 10, bose has said that the headphones should be getting atpx adaptive before the end of spring time, the fit is perfect for me, Im able to sleep with them on, the one thing a hate and cant get to work is the app, it is terrible it will only work for the first time setup after that it will fail to connect ever again no matter if you reset your phone,erase and re-download the app,or resseting the headphones, so just set it up right the first time and you wont have any problems but the app kills the headphones experience.

It's great to hear you were impressed by the headphones and I'm glad to hear you are excited about the upcoming features soon to be added to the product.
It's strange that you are having issues with the Bose Music app. This shouldn't be a problem especially as you should be using this to manage pairings, etc.
Once you have paired, the next time you go to use them, you should be able to open the case of the buds, take them out, put them on and connection should be automatic - the app isn't needed at this stage unless you wanted to make changes. If the app fails to work, try closing the app fully, then try again.

My go to for flights and for blocking outside noises. Probably not quite as good sound as the Sony or Apple buds but far better ANC. Really great purchase.

I misplaced an earpiece, so I decided to upgrade to these. They are not as user-friendly, and I must touch them multiple times to work correctly. The sound and cancellation are good, though. I prefer the model under this one.

Sorry to hear you've had difficulties with the touch controls on the QC Earbuds II. That certainly shouldn't be happening. Have you tried unpairing and establishing a new connection to see if that improves performance? Have you also updated the buds to to the latest firmware version via the Bose music app?

Bose is the Best!

The sound is 2nd to none. I listen to all types of music and each genre sound is excellent in its own right. By far the most comfortable fit and I’ve had Apple (stick to phones), Sony (stick to TVs) and Beats which never impressed me! Bose are the industry leaders for commercial exceptional sound, love them! The fit is great and light and when on a plane you can’t hear any noise, did I say I love them!
