The second month I started having connection issues. The earbuds would connect to my phone then lose connection. I had to reset and pair them several time and it would only temporarily fix the problem. It got so frustrating that i completely stopped using them. The call quality is also very bad. I tried changing the setting so the other caller could hear me more but background noise was too loud making it nearly impossible to talk to someone while doing something like, you would need to be completely still and in a quiet room. The sound quality when it works is great and I love the fit but the bluetooth is horrible.

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with connection issues on your earbuds. That shouldn't be happening. Problems like this can occur if the pairing is corrupted so the first thing I'd suggest checking is to make sure the connection has been renewed by unpairing and establishing a new connection. A standard reset is fine but you also want to make sure the earbuds themselves have been fully reset also.
To do this, plug the charging case into a USB wall charger (not a computer or laptop). Place both earbuds into case. Keep the lid open. The earbud's LEDs will light up when buds are inserted into case. With the case open and earbuds inside, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the back of the case for 30 seconds (The earbuds status light will blink blue while holding the button). Then the status light will blink white 2 times, slowly blink blue, and then turns off. Release the button. The Earbud status light will blink white 5 times, then slowly blink blue - ready to establish a new connection.

These are by far the best wireless headphones I have ever had, and I use the use AirPods

That’s the plus!! The problems (compared to airpods)?… I see three. One, you can only use the right one for phone calls…two, the app shows the battery level of only the pods ( not the case)…three, phone call sound quality is not great (has echoes!!).

While single earbud listen with the left ear is not currently supported, we are working on adding a feature that will let you use either the right or left earbud independently for listening and calls. If you already have the QC earbuds II and use the Bose Music app, you’ll be notified when this update is available.
