What bluetooth

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive wore these things daily for the past year and the bluetooth connection is terrible, the amount if times they simply wont connect to my phoje is laughable, imagine taking out and putting in and taking out and putting in your eqrbuds iver and over till they can connect thats what youll be doing with these and when one does connect it wont sync woth your left earbud, my ledt bud is basically useless cause it wont play music no matter what i do, the app wont connect to the case even after updating it and connecting it back to the app multiple times it wont stick, for the price these are absolutely garbage there are 2 good things about these headphones the fit is bery very nive and the hearthrough is great, go but yourself a pair of jabra headphones much cheaper and much bettet all around.

No matter what tyoe of mysic you throw at it the sound is always really good. I wish the earbuds supported qualcomm lossless and independent earbud use with wireless charging. But other than that the ANC snd sound is superb!!!

Not Worth $300

You cannot use the right earbud by itself, but the right has no issues. 2. Hyper aggressive noise canceling, the earbuds seem to overcompensate for loud noises like a car door slamming with extremely loud booming artifacts. 3. I found the Bose app to be unusable with these buds, but I also just lost patience trying to adjust the various modes I would expect more for 300 dollars

I'm happy to see that you're enjoying the great sound quality and fit of the earbuds. The earbuds can be used fully independently, please make sure they are updated through the Bose Music app to firmware version 1.3.26 or later.
The noise-cancelling will work to ensure that loud noises aren't projected through the earbuds while in aware mode. If you're experiencing unexpected sounds as part of noise cancelling then please try the steps here https://bose.life/44OUxkj.
