I lost my Quiet Comfort I earbuds while travelling on business. Am considering trashing these and finding a used pair of those again. Much better than the II version. The II version cuts in and out, goes offline whenever they feel like it. They suddenly will download firmware updates on me without my say so and the noise cancelling is nowhere near as good as version I. I thought the smaller more compact design would render the same quality and performance. Nope, not even close.

After working for a day, the right bud would not charge properly. I retured for the less expensive Quiet Comfort Earbuds. Initially, there was a connection issue, however they're fine now.

Like but left bud keeps failing.
